Always in and out here. CVS on FM 78 is cleaner, but this Walgreens is closer and always has what I need without having to go into Walmart.

I scheduled appointments for my family for flu shots in 7 Oct. I had 2 appointments at 11:00, 2 at 11:30 and 1 at 12:00. I showed up at 10:45 to check in and we didn't start receiving our shouts until after 12:40. They weren't busy, just slow. Even a woman with a 12:00pm appointment showed up after us and she received her vaccines first. We recieved no explanations and no apology. My time is worth money and wasting almost 2 hours when we had appointment is ridiculous.

Absolutely the most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. I unfortunately had a prescription sent to that location, I waited three hours after my doctors visit to pickup my meds so there was ample time between visit and filling prescriptions. The staff was beyond rude and said "there's nothing I can do, you have to come back WHEN we text you. Not whenever you want." Considering I'm still very sick. FIVE HOURS LATER NO TEXT NO CALL My husband goes back later for me and the same rude woman just has a smile on her face says "yea its not here yet. We're closing in ten minutes." After I have a doctor confirm that it was sent and a time stamp of when it was sent. I sincerely hope Walgreens does an investigation on staff that obviously chose the wrong profession.

we live 20 miles away one way. I called. dr ordered three prescriptions. the fist they tried to charge me over $100. for a. $2. prescription, they said they would process it and the other two for me and my husbands. two hours later we arrived, they didn't have my husbands. we came home only to find out one of mine was missing. I got message his was ready. I called about my #2 med. first they tried to say it's not due until October. I said Dr changed the strength. finally pharmacy came on, he tried to tell me to take two 25 mg.....I said I'm on 50 mg capsules, he increased to 75.....that's impossible!!!! finally after four days I got message both prescriptions are ready.....very very incompetent and unconcerned......watch your meds carefully and call before you go. two trips and we'll go 80 miles for meds ordered last Wednesday......,

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Workers get overwhelmed and stop helping you to focus on a line and make you wait for 30 minutes just to ask for your information to tell you to come back when your doctor has confirmed they sent the prescription. Do not have your prescriptions sent here especially if you need them asap.

This is for the Walgreens in Converse TX next to Dover..these people in pharmacy are bunch of liar...so onMay 8 i had 2 prescription for pickup which are for my disease on the 11 of may went to pickup she told had only one for pickup i ask what happen to there one because the txt they sent me had both then she started to lie said that they didn't the txt so i showed her in my phone,so then she lie again said they put it back because i didn't pickup i said it's been only 3 days they put meds back after 10 days 2nd lie then she said that my Dr.cancel it she didn't know i had just spoken to my Dr about picking up mg up.3rd lie now she said because Dr. Change mg he canceled 5 mg he put in for 10 mg new prescription but Dr. Did not cancel the 5 mg already there so i told i can still take 5mg i just need to take 2 to make 10 mg.she would so i left i was so upset i call Dr. He said he didn't do what she said. itold pharmacy u would come and both meds together when they had both, ok now is may 16th which is raining n thunder go to pickup meds she tells me they only have one ready which the 10 and i ask her what happen to the one that was ready on may 8 she said she put back because u didn't pik up so i say but they hold for 19 days lol caught her in another lie ..so then I'm upset but tire of lies I said just give me the one you have ready I'm about to leave with suppose to be the 10 mg guess what she gives me the 5 mg so of cause I just lost it i told these are 5 mg and y'all would not give to me the last time on may 11and now you just gave me bottle of 5 mg each..i am disable these people are rude and didn't care that i went without that med for 5 days..i am furious with all the lies from Walgreens...so beware bunch of liars at Walgreens Yesenia first one..just letting you know they lie
