Went for an oil change , went inside to shop , I come back & notice my truck on the side thinking it was ready. I mean I see 6 guys outside standing doing nothing so I'm thinking it's ready only to find out that they haven't done a thing to my car !! Mind you I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL OR TEXT & they denied it for not being able to get the plug off from the bottom , 3hrs that my car has been sitting there & NO CALL ? Came to the one on walzem & they got it off w no problem & even replaced it. Save your time don't come to get your car serviced here.

Tire center: came in at 5:07pm for a tire patch. One truck was in the bay? Area, one car was getting checked in next to me for an oil change & I was the 3rd car. Here I am nearly 2 hours later & my car barely was pulled in. I'm sitting in here watching them move ridiculous slowly with the other 2 car owners wondering how it could be taking so long. Absolutely ridiculous.

This Walmart is going downhill with customer service. 1. I'm having to Self checkout because there are no cashiers 2. I've placed two separate orders only to have to cancel them because they didn't restock the product. 3. I've called to speak to the store manager about the product to find out if they stopped stocking it or when they will restock so I can order it. No one answers the phone. 4. Several hours later, someone answered the phone and told another employee to pretend to be an assistant store manager.... 5. The assistant store manager, Juanita, told me someone else would call me. No one ever dud. 6. I call home office to ask them to have the store manager call me. He never did... 7. I have been slowly trying to get away from Walmart and now I can. The only thing I was buying at Walmart was this product because heb didn't have it. 8. I called heb and not only did they answer but they helped me and told me they now have that product for a little less than Walmart. They didn't have the amount I needed but they are going to order it for me AND help me load it in my car! Goodbye Walmart

I went middle of the road on the rating - it's not the store's fault or anything like that. I just came back from Converse, this particular Walmart has hours exactly like the others 6a - 11p. The days of 24 hour Walmart are most likely a thing of the past as it makes no business sense to keep those hours anymore. Call before you go

I can't truly rate this Walmart. I'm a merchandiser and I can't shop that store. The set of that store is confusing and messy. You call tell you don't have a merchandiser and traning in that store. The managers sure don't know what they are doing or the associates in that store would know what they are doing. This store is messy and the people that work there are clueless. I offered to come and work for them as a Merchandiser but they didn't want to work with me. Stores need a lot of work.

Welp! Easy come easy go. I had written a fairly nice review not even a month ago, but like I said last time, it IS a walmart. So are we surprised that I am back here to write a bad one? Im not, however I am surprised to hear myself say, "I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WALMART AGAIN!" Went to walmart to buy some shoes for my oldest. Noticed a lot on clearance. Score right? I use the walmart app on my phone to scan it and it rings up as $5. Sweet. So I take it to self checkout and it rings up as $9. Okay, no big deal. Walmart price matches there website! RIGHT?! Well, Shank, the woman who works the self checkout came to help. First she ignored my phone. Smart. I might have spent time photoshopping fake prices to save four dollars. I get it. So she pulls out her own phone (WHILE COUGHING THE ENTIRE TIME. GIRL YOU ARE SICK! GO HOME) Scans it and verifies that yes, it is $5 on the website. But for some reason, and I dont know if it is because she was on a power trip, if she has stock in the walmart company, or maybe she just didnt like me, but she spent a good five minutes zooming in and out of the website looking at every detail. She then goes "Oh no you see here? I cant price match this." What is it that she was so happy about you ask? OH because the website said that the size WASNT IN STOCK AT THAT LOCATION! A normal person would think, okay so obviously the website is wrong. You look right down and you can see the shoes physically there. They are in stock obviously. I stared at her for an uncomfortable amount of time thinking she was kidding. "Well... clearly they are in stock." I started, after realizing she was not. She, I kid you not, shrugged. She shrugged and said, "Yeah but the website is saying its not. " WHAT?! Are you serious? She then asks me if I still want them and to pay the price its scanning. So let me get this straight. Because the website says it doesnt exist in this store (Which, btw, there was an ENTIRE ROW DEDICATED TO THE SHOES SO IT WASNT JUST ONE), you will not price match (an obvious error on the website) HOWEVER, they suddenly do exist if I want to pay full price? I know its only four dollars but what the hell kind of logic is that? Sorry no. I will not shop here again because I dont know whatever other kind of shaddy shit they are going to pull. Frankly Walmart was already way over priced for the terrible quality of items and people it carries. Guys just go to HEB. Produce is fresh and locally sourced and honestly Walmart does not need anymore money to cushion its billionaire ass.

They take ridiculous long on filing prescriptions. I came three times and the next day. Still have to wait 1 hr long. I won't want to come here if it wasn't nearest to my house!!

Why would you have all of these registers and only open 3 of them. I have been in line for 30 mins and I only have 4 items it's actually infuriating. Like cmon guys at least build another self checkout to handle the volume of customers coming through the store. I'm going to start going to Heb I think.

I called to find out if they had something I need in stock and the women sent me over to another associate no on picked up it had been 7 min so I called back letting her know that no one answered and she said okay and sent me over again they picked up then hung up on me so I called back one more time but this time no one answered. I get if your busy and you can't answer but hang up and then just don't answer.

Horrible place to shop. Lousy customer service. Constantly out of stock. Dimwit employee's. Bad produce. Really slow service for everything. It basically seems it runs on teenagers.

I got stranded when I was about to leave store today about 6:30p. I took a chance & went to the Auto Dept to see if a jump was possible. Renard in Auto called the Mgr to approve a jump & one of guys followed me to my car carrying that big jumper & got it started in minutes. At this point, it was 6:45p & even though they were about to close, he suggested I go see them now to get it tested. He could of told me come back tomorrow & I would have. Luckily I had my original receipt & they quickly exchanged it for free after it tested below standards. This is the second time these guys in Auto have wowed me with their friendly service no matter how late to closing it was. Please pass along my gratitude to the VP's at Walmart.

This is a clean & nice WM Supercenter. Had some issues with the self check out. It would not take my chop card. The cashier was very helpful, but even she got annoyed with the machine. But, she quickly solved the issue & let me check out at customer service. This is probably one of the cleanest WM around. It's on the way to the post office I go to. So, it's always a quick stop on the way home. So, I should check in more, when I get back. I'm here often.

This store is complete and total garbage. Julie the customer service employee in the yellow vest is the rudest employee I've ever come across in this store. Not sure how she was promoted to the position she's at but she's the worst, they should have her collecting carts in the parking lot with that attitude. I printed coupons off of the Walmart website and she had the audacity to act as if I had tampered with them or I was trying to steal something. They were coupons for $0.50 off of tissues?! Absolutely called corporate customer service after dealing with her and walking out minus my $200+filled cart.
