My daughter lost a receipt for a gift card. Crystla a team lead, really went above and beyond to assist us. It was a process and doesn't see like an easy one; however, she remained patient throughout the process. Thank you!!!

Had an appointment at 11 terrible doctors appointment sadly to then have another terrible experience picking up my prescription (which I did not even receive). Went to check in as we have to for them to begin instead of the prescriptions being filled right when doctors send out. Was told it’d be ready in 25 min (12:45) walked around went back nothing they said if we got a message saying it was ready, no phone number was added. We stood there waiting to receive a message for them to tell us it can take up to 15 minutes to get the message to get the YES confirmation to know when it’s ready. Waited another 25 min for them to close for lunch? Got my message if I wanted to be notified of my prescription being ready at 4 p.m sent YES immediately…… Never did I receive a text confirmation on my prescription being ready. It’s currently 11:27 my symptoms are at their peek and now I have to go back tomorrow morning instead of getting my medication the day it was prescribed:/

Waited at Pharmacy Drive thru for more than half an hour and there was only one car in front of me. Anyone wanting to use drive thru you’re better off going inside.

Mrs. Diane retired and I just want to say she was the one of the sweetest persons there. She was always looking for ways to help you get your medication at the best price possible. So grateful to have interacted with her. All of the pharmacist are very attentive and knowledgeable of course. They don’t brush you off they encourage you to ask questions. And will go through every resource to make sure your question is answered. All of them from Martha to Derrick, there are other pharmacists whose name I forgot but were just as helpful.

Louise has been working at this Pharmacy for a long time and he always goes above and beyond to be helpful. He literally is what makes my experiences with this Pharmacy so pleasant and efficient. He's always in a good mood, positive, and very friendly. The gentleman on the phone today was also very pleasant and accommodating. I didn't get his name but I just want to say I appreciate your staff and pharmacist. But a big shout out to Louis for always being positive and on top of things!

Went for an oil change , went inside to shop , I come back & notice my truck on the side thinking it was ready. I mean I see 6 guys outside standing doing nothing so I'm thinking it's ready only to find out that they haven't done a thing to my car !! Mind you I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL OR TEXT & they denied it for not being able to get the plug off from the bottom , 3hrs that my car has been sitting there & NO CALL ? Came to the one on walzem & they got it off w no problem & even replaced it. Save your time don't come to get your car serviced here.

Tire center: came in at 5:07pm for a tire patch. One truck was in the bay? Area, one car was getting checked in next to me for an oil change & I was the 3rd car. Here I am nearly 2 hours later & my car barely was pulled in. I'm sitting in here watching them move ridiculous slowly with the other 2 car owners wondering how it could be taking so long. Absolutely ridiculous.

This Walmart is going downhill with customer service. 1. I'm having to Self checkout because there are no cashiers 2. I've placed two separate orders only to have to cancel them because they didn't restock the product. 3. I've called to speak to the store manager about the product to find out if they stopped stocking it or when they will restock so I can order it. No one answers the phone. 4. Several hours later, someone answered the phone and told another employee to pretend to be an assistant store manager.... 5. The assistant store manager, Juanita, told me someone else would call me. No one ever dud. 6. I call home office to ask them to have the store manager call me. He never did... 7. I have been slowly trying to get away from Walmart and now I can. The only thing I was buying at Walmart was this product because heb didn't have it. 8. I called heb and not only did they answer but they helped me and told me they now have that product for a little less than Walmart. They didn't have the amount I needed but they are going to order it for me AND help me load it in my car! Goodbye Walmart

Incident that took place on June 30th, 2022 from the Walmart pharmacy located at FM78 & Crestway in Converse.I am in fear of picking up my medications. Here is why:Martha the “pharmacy manager” called me regarding a prescription that was ordered for me. Martha implied that I was not providing my providers with accurate medical information and therefore said she had to “call & confirm” that my oncologist was aware of the fact that I took other medications. EVERY medical person in my life has the same copies of the medications I take, including the pharmacy. She then demanded I give her information regarding my diagnosis/care from all 8 doctors. (When asked who the 8 doctors were and she could only come up with 5). When I asked why, she threatened me by saying she “would not fill my prescriptions without me providing very personal details regarding my medical history”. I have ONLY had my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for 4 years. When I questioned her further she said “there is a new policy requiring that she has all these details. I then asked for a copy of this policy. She said “they do not provide copies to the customers.” I called Kevin the store manager but he was suddenly unavailable and therefore I spoke to Roger, an assistant store manager, who listened to me and said he would walk over to the pharmacy right then. He said clearly he would call me back after talking to Martha, the pharmacy manager, he never called back. The ENTIRE conversation is on a recorded line, including her threatening me. I have requested 3 times for these “managers” to listen to the call. The refused.I am a 47 year old 100% disabled woman. The threat of not filling my medications has greatly affected me. The medications I take impact my day to day quality of life. I do not know how to proceed. No one will call me back. I am in fear of going to get my medications as Martha indicated she will NOT fill them unless I give her very very personal details of my medical history. I was not aware a pharmacist is qualified as a doctor now. Please help.

I went middle of the road on the rating - it's not the store's fault or anything like that. I just came back from Converse, this particular Walmart has hours exactly like the others 6a - 11p. The days of 24 hour Walmart are most likely a thing of the past as it makes no business sense to keep those hours anymore. Call before you go

The pharmacy is the worst. They store prescriptions when you never told them to. They constantly lie about times. 3 weeks ago I showed up and a lady lied right to my face about when my prescriptions showed up and told me they stored all but 1. Including my inhaler which I desperately needed. I can have something sent in and they won't fill it until the next day and only after I've called 3 times. They were supposed to call the Dr for me to see if we could change a med and it's been 3 weeks and they still have never called me or the Dr. This pharmacy used to be really good until about a 3 years ago. It's just gone downhill ever since then.
