Pull in with a flat tire and try changing it. A weird guy will run out and demand you pay him so that you can change your flat.
They try to swindle everyone and wonder why everyone hates them locally.
Here's a tip: when the owner comes out to demand money, laugh at him and do what you're doing. He can't do a thing to you and banks on you not knowing that
