I never leave bad reviews, but they were extremely rude. Would not take my phone for exchange even though it was thoroughly evaluated at another AT&T location (the coit location in Richardson). Condescending, unkind, and short. Go to the Coit location if you need anything, these people are awful.

Brenton was absolutely amazing. Very patient and helpful. Originally I was going to give a one star because of the issues I have been dealing with but Brenton fixed everything!!! He definitely deserves a promotion or bonus. I have only been with at&t for 5 days and I was already ready to cancel because of an unprofessional, disorganized, exhausting experience with another representative. Thank you so Brenton!

WARNING!!! Do not go to this AT&T store. They are crooks. We just purchased and returned an IPhone at this store. They added nearly $70 of monthly services to our mobile phone account without our consent or any explanation. I have been a customer of AT&T for over 35 years and have never seen anything like this. This is intentional deception to make commissions. It took me over an hour on the phone with customer service to have the services and charges removed. Check your bills after you have something done by this store. Terrible.

Very disappointed. Multiple ad-ons added to my account that I was unaware of until I received my next months bill and it was about $70 higher than normal. The team members seem sweet and considerate, but don't be fooled like me. Call the national ATT support line once you leave this store. I just got off the support line and I had 3 add-ons that I did not agree to on my account. Luckily the support line removed the additional features and charges.

Had a strange smelling odor coming into this place. Not good for business, if it smells like that in retail business establishment. You’re making your customers not want to come back. And just have scammer vibes coming to this place. I see from reviews that it’s true. Hardly no one goes to this store

We went into the store yesterday and Reeya was with another customer. She immediately recongnized us and said she would be right with us. She competed that transaction and immediately began helping us. She was VERY knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and caring. She was not pushy but was VERY good at her job. She made the whole dreaded process so simple. Thank you, Reeya!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAMMERS.
My father passed away and he was paying for his and my phone bill. I had to transfer the account into my name. The sales rep said she could reduce my bill from $180 to $120. When I get the bill its $300+!.
I've had to fight my bill every month for the past 3 months to fix what this lady did. I've spent TENS OF HOURS on the phone with customer support and my bill STILL ISN'T FIXED!
DO NOT TRUST!
In fact, avoid AT&T all together. Terrible company.

I was told I was receiving a promotion for a new watch, but then I was billed for the watch. I have gone to the store a dozen times to resolve the issue and every time I was told it was being worked on and that I should see refunds in my account. It’s been over a year and I have no answers yet. I recently received a phone number for the next level supervisor, but he has not returned any voicemails. It has been a very expensive and frustrating experience.

I had an excellent experience at AT&T thanks to Brenton! He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of getting a new phone. Brenton was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand my needs. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Moving from another provider to AT&T was SO EASY with Aroob and the whole AT&T Coppell team. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions. Got my new phone and smart watch set up perfectly - exceeded all of my expectations!

Go to different locations. If I had seen the review at 3.3, I would have. Just shop online and call the online service. I walked in ready to transfer lines to AT&T. This store does not know how to provide customer service. It just lies about you having to return to the store (which I confirm from other AT&T locations is not true, where I went to get a case and screen protector, this store is not even worth that), they start over(due to fraud), and the only thing available is unlimited four lines BS. I just walked out since I saw what I could get online. The reasons I visited the store were that they are close to home, and I could get it done there. Maybe you can get accessories and/or information transfer service from an old phone to new. If you do decide online. First, get a transfer pin from your service provider and call AT&T with the phone you want and plan/s.
