I had been coming to this cleaners for a while and only taking every day clothing and my uniform. I was very cautious about taking anything more expensive. However, I took a chance and allow them to clean one of my best pieces of clothing (Teri Jon 2-piece silk wool blend dress) that I’ve had for some time 15+years and never had a problem with having it cleaned until I brought it here! After destroying my suit, no one bothered to call, but waited until I picked up the suit to show me the damage they caused and Jennifer tried to say that the damage was due to a problem with the material. If that was the case, then the entire suit dress would have been damaged as well, which it was not! In the photos that I have provided I was wearing the suit dress a week before taking it in to be cleaned!
I have asked several times to speak to the owner, Arif Uddin, who also owns Hackberry cleaners in Irving Texas. I have been waiting to receive a call from him to even acknowledge my concern. Instead he had Jennifer to call me,
and offer me a $70 credit; which is totally unacceptable, in that I will never step foot in this establishment again. I am still waiting to hear from Arif Uddin to offer a more reasonable compensation to mitigate the damage they caused.

Jennifer is awesome!! Always friendly and the best tailor ever. Lost some weight and took at least 8 pieces in for alterations- they were all perfect. The dry cleaning is great as well. Highly recommend C Cleaners - Jennifer is the BEST!

Extremely Expensive Services! I was not charged 50% Off. I had one pair of jeans patched. She charged me $20.00 plus taxes a total of $22.65! That's ridiculous! And, also at the time, I had two pairs of jeans pressed for $11.31. Unbelievable!!!!!!! What are your prices for Jeans pressed? I paid in total of $33.96! NOT A SATISFIED Customer!!!!!!!! Who is the owner? You all need to post your prices on the wall so the customers would know up front.

She is my go to tailor. She has done costumes, baseball pant and regular clothes for me and I’m always happy with the results. Has worked with me in the past when I need a quick turnaround on the clothes. She's awesome!

**Worst place**. For alterations and dry cleaning, we visited twice this store. The front desk clerk has the worst attitude. She charges us unfairly for adjustments, requesting $160 for work that was done elsewhere for only $16. In addition, during both the visits she speaks immorally about our origin or nationality. I am in the process of filing and reporting discrimination.Services: Clothes pressing

Worst place ever, please don’t give them your business. The lady at the front has the worst attitude and bullies you to get money from you . Also, I have a bedding that appears to be lost with them for which she keeps asking me to come back the next day. Any suggestions?

Terrific!! Very consistent, perfect results every time. I've had bad experiences elsewhere (broken buttons, marker on clothes), but this place is always perfect!
