Alex is absolutely the best. He made buying a new home seamless and easy. His knowledge was exceptional. His communication was constant throughout the process unlike many of the “big Banks” who see a number only. I can’t recommend New Rez and Caliber enough. Richard stepped in on a tight deadline to help us with a complicated loan on a property that didn't qualify for a Fannie Mae loan, self-employed buyer with complicated financials, unexpected issues on the seller side that had to be resolved on an even tighter timeline, and he got it done on time.
He was knowledgeable, great communication throughout, and he was able to help us close the deal where others couldn't. Highly recommended!

Dawn really worked hard to get my loan to where we needed it to be. There were times when I was confused on a few things, but she was very patient with me for the most part, and explained them to me the best she could. With being a first time home buyer I needed a little extra attention, and felt lost at times which made it a little frustrating, but overall I think Dawn did a great job, and in the end I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Thank you Dawn for all that you have done for me and my family with helping us get into our first home!
