Linda and the staff do a great job caring for our dogs when we travel or take them for Doggie day care. All of the employees are well trained and our dogs light up and wag their tails whenever a staff member walks by. I highly recommend the Coppell Camp Bow Wow to all!

Camp Bow Wow is great! They took wonderful care of our small dog and she came home happy after a week of “camp”. The webcams give you plenty of opportunity to keep an eye on your fur baby :)

After relocating from Little Rock, we searched for the best daycare for our dog, Zoe. This facility has proven to be an excellent choice, where we feel confident that our dog is loved, safe, and well cared for.

We recently began boarding our Pug at Camp Bow Wow, as we lost our other dog. Not only are they 1.5 miles away with convenient hours on the weekends, but I really enjoy watching the Camper Cam. So all that part is excellent. What I wanted to write about specifically is the staff. I was doing all "dog laundry" and realized I couldn't find the plush filler for her dog bed in a seldom used room. After looking around and believing I was crazy, I realized the bed base was what we took to Camp...about 5 weeks ago!! I had NO expectation that Camp Bow Wow would still have it, or even had it in the first place. I wandered in today and began "this is strange..." and 3 of them said "we think we know..we have her pillow..it fell out of the bag when you picked her up but we did not notice." I was so excited and am VERY impressed that they had it after all this time. Just another reason Merci is a Camper!! Thanks, staff!!

Called the day prior to setup a time to come for a tour. Arrived at that time, receptionist said they were busy but she would take us for a short one. Walked us through the door, told us all the places she couldn't take us, came back inside, out of the kennels, asked a question about our situation. Immediately said that they can't accommodate us, and we left. No service or interest in earning our business or finding out more. Everything from our first contact with her to our last said she wasn't interested.

Rommie is very comfortable at Camp Bow Wow! The facility is very organized and the cameras to view the dogs works very well.

Great facility and great staff. My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow. He enjoys his times there very much. My dogs have been going there for 10 plus years now. It is the best.

I take my dog here all the time and he seems to love it. Today, for the first time ever, I’m running late to pick him up. I called 40 minutes before and let them know I’d be five minutes late, (they close at 7) they told me if I wasn’t there by 7pm he’d be boarded. I showed up at 7:04 and no one was there my dog had no food and was forced to be in a crate all night. He’s never been boarded before. While I know companies have their policies, the lack of compassion and understanding for a one off situation is extremely frustrating and disheartening.

I needed a place for my dog to go because I work long hours, I found Camp Bow Wow and I absolutely love them and my dog loves going there as well. They get just so excited about seeing my dog as I do and you couldn’t ask for better people to be around your dog.
