The teller David was very friendly and helpful. He made sure to direct me to someone available to help me troubleshoot opening another account. When i was leaving the bank my car battery died in the parking lot and David went above and beyond to help me. He gave me a jump and I was able to get home. I appreciate the assistance!

I live in Keller, TX. They have closed every branch near me and didn't tell us. They closed the North Richland Hills, TX branch and the Southlake, TX branch. I have to drive all the way to Coppell to do business with this bank! I'm done - cashing out and going elsewhere. If they don't care enough to let their customers know they're closing offices, they don't deserve me as a client.

I don't use the atms in the drive thru anymore since last time the one by the window took my card and I had to wait until the bank opened up to get my card back.

I was very apprehensive about going to this branch because of all the negative reviews but after my visit, all I have to say is Kudos to the Bank. Dora the associate who helped me was very pleasant, professional and efficient, she not only helped me resolve all my account issues but at the same time made me feel welcome. I am sincerely grateful for the service she provided.

I want to thank, Brianne For her wonderful customer service. I was having a really hard time figuring out how to send a fed wire. This was my first time purchasing a home, so I wanted to make sure that I didn't make any mistakes. She was very patient and was showing me step-by-step how the whole process worked.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I opened up a business bank account here. The first thing I asked is if my funds would be available the day of. They said yes. I opened the account and they said that due to the amount I was depositing, they had to hold the funds for a week. Its been a week and they still wont release MY funds. Goodbye Capital One. Ill take my business somewhere else

This branch is terrible. Very poor service and totally non-responsive. Capital One has become very business oriented and could care less about the individual consumer. I am going to move my accounts from Capital One. The only good scores are from "Local Guides." Do they pay these people to give good scores?

Caution !! This location doesn't do actual banking due to being "short staffed". So BEWARE, if you drive 35-45 min out of your way (as all other branches/locations are closed) you will likely still be shown absolutely no courtesy or consideration, given a sorry excuse for why they arent acting as bankers today, and told to book an appointment.The bank wasn't busy, only one person was behind me -- yet, I was refused business services and I have been a loyal customer with THREE accounts (money market, checking, and savings) which I have maintained for almost 10 years !!The branch service is almost as bad as customer service. Plus I've had my money delayed so many times due to capital one's sluggish processing. Find a different bank. I will.

This bank is bottom of the barrel. I’m not a huge fan of banks to start with, but these guys really take the cake. They have no problem at all to be so sorry to you and waste your time and literally play games with your money. I’ve never experienced banking personnel to act so unprofessional.

This bank has hired people that dose not know anything. When asked why we were allowed to open an account w no I’d we got two different complete answers. The when asked to cash the check when they closed my account they said we needed a form of id but when the account got open there was no id used. The lady on the phone had no idea what she was talking about and pretty much told us oh well. Never banking here again ??

Fraud occurred at n my card. They shutdown the card for $7.99. Sent me a debit card August 29th that may not arrive until September 9th! I can’t link the bank account to ANYTHING. Always an error. So no access to money UNLESS I drive to a location. They closed the one closest to me. I’m over them.

You deposit my check into somebody else account and then not only make me wait for your mistake but lie to me and say the check is on hold when it has cleared and been cashed on the other parties end horrible branch and service would give you 0 stars if I could

Called them on three separate occasions to try to open an account. Same excuse, that they don’t have enough staff. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
