“Timothy is the absolute man!! I called him Friday morning due to an emergency cleaning being required for our BMW X5. I'm in Plano so google wasn't showing his place in my search results, so I went with Grok AI, who listed EcoPal as one of the best in the metroplex as specific car detailing. This was a dog accident in the car situation and it smelt TERRIBLE. It was only 25 minutes to get to him, he assured me this would be taken care of and sent me to a local restaurant to hang out at until he was done. When I got back a couple hours later, car smelt brand new again! I was shocked and pumped. I plan on telling EVERYONE about him, not only in the Flowermound, Denton, Lewisville area but also the Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson and Dallas area. If you're from any of these areas reading this review, the drive is worth it 100%. Rest assured your car needs the care, Timothy is the man for the job and there's worse places to hang out for a couple hours than Main Street. Thanks for everything , Timothy and EcoPal!”

“I use Flawless Detail for my business and personal vehicles. They have done multiple services for me including vinyl wrapping one of my vans (actually my wife's van and she loves it!), and the cost is much less than a traditional paint job! They also put ceramic coatings on my Mercedes Sprinter van that I use daily for work. The coating offers more than protection, it helps keep it cleaner for a longer period of time. My wife complimented my attention to keeping the van clean and shiny, and asked why there were fewer scratches and dings (from rock chips) than my previous van? I had to admit it wasn't all my doing, that what she was seeing were the benefits of the Flawless Detail coating.

“I went in for an oil change and my yearly state inspection. It was a pleasant experience & I will say my car is a bit of a pain to change it's oil filter, it is a very tight awkward space to get to. So I really appreciate everyone that does my oil change, the only thing that was a bit concerning was that all my tires were terribly overinflated. The front are rated for 35 and the back 33 but they were 15 to 20 psi overinflated. That can be a dangerous situation for someone. Other than that though I'd say service was fast and friendly.”
“Phil and his team had the insane task of taking care of my wife's vehicle after she had inadvertently drove through spilled roof sealant on the highway. When I tell you that our (brand new, only two month old at the time) minivan looked perfect again, it would still be an understatement! The whole crew worked hard to make sure we were taken care of and Phil kept me updated throughout the painstaking process the whole time so I knew what was going on. I will definitely be back to keep our vehicles looking perfect!”
