I have been banking with this bank and location for a very long time. Most of the time I would use the drive through. I needed to speak with a banker on the inside for this past week I came in several times and they refused to see me. Came in at 4:00, was not asked what I needed help with until 4:20 for them to tell me there is not enough time to help me today. Next time came in at 2:20, again was told the same thing. They asked if I would like to make an appt to come back but my schedule is not a set one so I said I would try back on the weekend. Today came in at 12:00 for the lady to tell me they can't see me again. They would never see me again and I just may switch banks because of this. So annoying that I wasted time this whole week.

first time coming to this location, very nice setting's and accessibility! really like how they have the self-service atm inside the location, as most are usually outside or on the side by the drive-thru. the location is real close to Carrollton which is real helpful, and there's a CVS close by too. ??

Will not honor their checks. I have two chase Bank checks to cash. They will not cash them. Will only do so if I have an account.
