I had an appointment with a business banking rep at this branch on Saturday, October 28th. It turns out Chase appointment scheduling system scheduled the appointment with a personal banker. He provided excellent service but could not help me with the primary reason for my appointment. He was only able to send an email to that branch’s regional business banker who was supposed to contact me within 1-2 business days (no later than Halloween). Well, it is now 10 business days later and I have not heard from anyone at Chase.I think this is ridiculous; the business banker could have at least sent me an email to schedule a phone meeting for a couple of weeks out if needed. But absolute silence is very unprofessional and disappointing. Chase you must do better.Typically, when I seek assistance/support from a Chase Banker, I have always received excellent service and provided a solution (for instances Clay Basham, at Chase Mansfield, always provide exceptional customer service and he follow up to enure everything is good). This experience with the Coppell branch is the exception; definitely frustrating.

If you want to deposit or take some money, don’t use the ATM machine on the left side, if you have a mid-size car, van or else. The space is so narrow. Barely fit. You are going to end scratching your mirrors like I did. Literally there is like 4 inches on each side.

Do not use this ATM if you have a midsize SUV or bigger as the lane is so narrow and there is a pole on the right side. I got my passenger and back door damaged because of the pole and claimed it with Chase' insurance. They denied my claim saying it was driver error when all I did was take cash out of the ATM and drive out but the protruding body hit the pole.

I was helped by Rodney M. He has a great way with people. He was warm, professional and genuinely engaged in the transaction process. I hope Chase appreciates a rare employee like him!

So far so good. This had been my main bank location for the past year, staff is very friendly. Noticeable that they understaff once 3 or 4 customer show up at the same time.

I honestly believe that I could have better experiences in hell.I usually do all my business online, but in this specific case (I wanted to open a checking account for my wife) it was impossible, so we decided to go to a branch. Near where we previously were living, Erik Gonzalez (6251 Greenville Ave. Dallas) always attended to us, an attentive and helpful person always ready to help his clients. Luckily for him, he was promoted, so we started dealing with Ulises Arzola (616 N Denton Tap Rd. Coppell), another good person but he no longer works at that location. So, I requested a random appointment at this branch and I was assigned a certain Suleman Braimah, who demonstrated the same efficiencies as a 0 placed to the left.Chase rewards its new clients with a bonus of $225, something this little chap was not at all interested in knowing about. I even looked in my App for a link to refer my wife, but I could not find it and this “worker”, with a contemptuous look and sitting comfortably in his chair, refused to help us at all.Of course, it did not take me more than 3 minutes to get up and leave this place. I am an international visiting professor with a 2 master degree, who speaks 4 languages and with 3 books on the market. For a character like this certain Suleman to try to laugh at me, he needs something more than wearing a nice suit.I have to say, so far, I was happy with Chase. I have a checking account, a Freedom, a Saphire and a mortgage with them. After experiences like this, I begin to study options to absolutely move everything to Well Fargo or Capital One.P.S .: Yes, indeed he was wearing a nice suit, although as the saying goes, "You cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear".

My partner and I went to set up a Business account at this branch. After the account was formed, both of our online identities were wrong. In my case, the contact email was an approximately 15 year old email account for my wife. In my partner's case the account was set up with an old work email from 4-5 years ago.We didn't provide either of these emails in any of the documents provided. Verification emails were sent to both old emails. Fortunately in both cases the recipients were friendly, but my privacy feels pretty violated. Frankly the outcome was a bit scary. On some level the primary job of a bank is to accurately record identity and transactions.I would really like to know how this could happen. The email used in my case isn't linked to me anywhere that I am aware of, not my credit report. I cancelled the account and re-visited the branch and asked to speak to the branch manager. The personal banker politely declined.Weird.I've filed a CPFB complaint. Not sure what else I can do...

Celeste and the rest of the team have been nothing but gold to me. Customer service is top priority for them, and I’m always made welcome when I come through the drive thru. Thank you.

I have been with this bank 8 years. I deposited a check for $1,300, a CASH Check. This personnel refused to give me the money. I went to 2 Chase Bank and spent an hour on the phone with a representative and nothing was done. I felt offended when the representative at this location said we can you someone that speaks spanish, I speak English! Very well too. I requested my account to be closed and they refused as well! Fyi, I don't owe funds on the account. The other bank stated the the funds have been sent to Chase. Please if you read this DON'T MAKE BUSINESS with Chase. In addition, if you get your account overdrawn is $38 per day. They tried to overcharge me those fees as well. I was told that I had to wait 2 weeks to get my own funds. We were left without any money for food, groceries or gas. They made me feel like I was stealing. Wrong comment, after wrong comment. In addition, they wanted my family members to drive an hour and show her ID just so the funds could be released. This is outrageous! I have never felt so disrespected as a human.

Chase—close this location please—it’s an old building and an eyesore, and this is the 2nd time I have tried to wire funds and they can’t—this location frustrates good clients and makes me not want to bank with Chase.

Worst experience at a bank ever. The older lady on the teller counter (at 10:30 9/5/20) wanted to give me so many problems about making my deposit, I chose not to even deposit my money. She seemed disgusted I didn't have a business debit card, that I had coins, that I needed her to assist me on looking up the account number. There was no one else waiting, what would you have been in a rush about? The only thing you handle is money, be open to people bringing you money of any sort! The only reason I drove all the way to this branch was the one off McArthur and 114 said their teller counter was out of service. I will be moving my business account to another bank.

Very slow service. It seems only one teller is working the drive thru. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
