Good service but do not answer the phone. They simply decline the call and an automated voice says they are busy, goodbye.

This branch is not the problem whatsoever. Chase as a company is. They hide fees from you, their overdraft protection isn’t what they say it is and their customer service are some of the most frustrating people i have ever talked to. Chase will “lend” you money when you over draft but charge a ridiculous fee the day after rather than just rejecting the charge as a whole. I was told over the phone “It is not our or your choice whether to reject when you don’t have enough it’s Chase.” I was also told by the women on the phone “I have worked at other banks and they operate the same way.” I have banked with Wells Fargo and say what you want about them but when it comes to fees or anything for that matter, they let you know rather than trying to confuse you by saying the same thing and manipulating you to think you are the issue not the company. Truly disgusting that I have not been the only person this has happened to. They also will take service fees out of your savings but not tel you anything about the fees because it is in there very long and over the top opening terms and services. Customer service will “help you” by saying the same thing over and over again, rather than listening to what you’re saying and helping you. I have never been the type of person to write a review and would never write a horrible one. To those who think about banking with Chase, don’t. Just don’t.

This branch had a 45 minute wait to speak with a banker, and no Notary available. They also NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Terrible service.

Wouldn't cash a money order WITH MY NAME ON IT because I didn't have a business account. Ok let's open a business account. 7-10 days for an appointment to open an account. What a joke.

I went to Chase Bank to replace a debit card. The representative was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Mission accomplished. Nice to still be able to walk into a branch location to take care of business without suffering a hassle. Thank you.

This branch of Chase is excellent. They really understand the true meaning of customer service. I came to this bank at around 4:50 PM (the bank closes at 5) for a quick errand, and the bank worker stayed until 5:30 to help us (that is real commitment and service!). Roberta helped us and she is awesome!! Roberta is very kind and caring towards her customers. I appreciate her staying the extra 30 minutes to assist us. Very grateful for the entire branch and Roberta! If it is possible to give Roberta a raise, please do!Roberta is also a great listener and very attentive. I had a lovely conversation with her. She is very empathetic and amiable. THANK YOU ROBERTA FOR YOUR KINDNESS!!! YOU ARE THE GOAT

I have only received helpful and expedient services from the bank staff. They do seem to have semi-frequent issues with their atms (one out is service or limited services available) but those issues have never impeded me personally.

Went in to cash a $6000 JP Morgan Chase check and was told that it couldn’t be cashed because the dollar limit for cashing a check is $2500 if I don’t have an account with Chase. I then asked to open an account. The teller told me that the check would still need to be deposited into the account since it’s a new account and the check would be placed on hold. I asked why would there be a hold on the check if it’s Chase check. He said because it’s a new account. This makes absolutely no sense. First of all, this was a lost opportunity for a new Chase account holder. Secondly, Chase could charge a fee for checks over the $2500 limit instead of not cashing a check from their own bank and turning people away. Another missed opportunity. I had to end up driving to my bank and depositing the check into my existing account. Now there’s a 3 day hold on my funds because it’s not my banks check. Chase needs to reevaluate their policies.

This is the worst Chase Bank I have ever been to. I would give 0 stars if I could. The ATMs do not allow me to withdrawal in increments I need. They used to have a drive through window but removed it due to “low usage” but then when go in, they are so busy you have to wait 20-30minutes just to see a teller because they have cut all their staff down to 1 individual. Also, if for a location that does such little business they are booked a week in advance to see a Banker. It is the only bank in town— Absolute garage management.

Had to stop in for some business with a fellow member, and hop an Uber home. I completely forgot about Uber's mandatory mask requirements. One of the managers was gracious enough to track down a brand new mask for me, so I could make it home in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service from everyone in this branch all around - thank you!

The staff at this branch are great. We are always happy with the service and advice we receive. Google needs to update their hours. They close at 5pm not 6 (at least now during COVID).
