I was told the steak would be ready in 5 minutes. I ordered the rest of my food and waited over 12 minutes on the steak to be ready. I asked the rude Manager, Roxanne, if someone can re-make the rest of my food since it’s now cold and she was so rude and refused. I tried to get a refund for my meals but the Cashier lost one of my receipts so they charged me $10.32 and I walked out with no food. I called Corporate and gave them my order # for a refund but they haven’t responded.

Typically not one to complain, but I came into this location for my lunch break today. Tables were dirty. Literally wiped my table off with a napkin before I sat down. Half way through my burrito I had a weird texture in a bite. I observed a strip of plastic glove inside my burrito. I was baffled. My first thought was I basically had someone’s hand germs in my mouth and the first half of the burrito I had consumed. Never in my life would I think to worry about that. I’m assuming that this occurred when my burrito was being folded and rolled, but there is no telling. I’m willing to understand that accidents happen, but that doesn’t give me faith in the quality control of this establishment. I can say the positive side of this experience is the manager was very understanding and I was refunded for my purchase. Next time, I’ll probably just get a bowl to reduce the risk of macro plastics being incorporated into my diet.

Cross contamination galore! I only come here if I absolutely have to because of the unsanitary conditions. I will go out of my way to another location but today I didn’t have an option. There was steak in the veggies and the employee didn’t care to pick it out- I’m not vegetarian but feel bad for anyone who actually is and gets steak in their meal. When I asked for my guacamole on the side the employee picked up a USED container with sour cream residue in it to put it in- i stopped her to ask her if she could please use a new container so what did she do, dumped the already contaminated guacamole back in with the rest of the guacamole. The cherry on top was that there was a bottle cap in the lettuce!!! My fiancé and I were cracking up at how not okay this whole experience was. Look I get that the lunch rush is busy but being lazy and cross contaminating is no excuse. I hope a food health inspector pays a visit to them soon. 2 stars because the cashier was actually pleasant.

The first girl making the food wore a mask so I couldn't understand her. It made it worse that the whole time she would ask what I wanted she would turn her head and not make eye contact. I finally told her I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or not and she was very rude. She didn't listen either as she tried to make me 2 burritos instead of 1 like I asked.The rest of the staff were obviously rushed but at least were somewhat cordial. The music was too loud and there was a terrible selection of tracks so I had to have them repeat everything they said once or twice just to pay for the order.The trash was overflowing and none of the tables were bussed so I had to wipe off my little table and stool.I got a barbacoa burrito. The burrito fell apart towards the end and spewed grease all over the place. I get barbacoa being greasy but this was over the top.$15.64 was way too much considering the quality and quantity I'm getting. I got a burrito and a small fountain drink.

Horrible...food on all counters, floors and tables. Took 5 min for someone to help me (mind you it's 2 pm and no one else is there) and playing loud dance music. No one seems to care about service or cleanliness. Will never eat here again.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle to go to. The only reason it's in business is because of location. Most times when walking in we have to wait for staff to stop their conversation to order. Waiting minutes for them to stop. They stop making food and run out way too early. Manager is rude. Everyone working has an attitude. I am the last person to make reviews like this but there's nothing good to say except the location is convenient. If I could give negative stars I would.
