We’ve been loyal Cintas customers since 2019 and were always happy with their drivers — friendly, professional, and reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of their account reps completely changed my opinion.
Service rep was rude & disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from Cintas before. It’s disappointing to see a company known for good service tolerate that kind of treatment toward long-time customers.

I sent emails and requests many times about issues, but they just sent me automatic answer email. That is it.
Never tried to solve the problems. Fake invoices and No promises. I have never seen this kind of company.

Tried to renew my service contract for an additional 3 years without notice or consent from me. Then served me with a demand letter when I canceled. Incredibly shady. AVOID!!!!

Great company but they need a better hiring process where there is equal opportunity. Had my 3rd interview with Meyvin Ramos, and I knew something was off after that I was sent an email that I didn’t get the position. I’m okay either way because I’m looking for a career with a company where there is equal opportunity. I didn’t get that with Cintas

We were sold on some uniforms back in OCT. Of 2022...We were told the would be here before Christmas.It's the middle of July 2023 and still no uniforms...Every time we call they keep pushing us off and promising lots of extras for our wait.What a joke this is a sorry, unreliable, company.Don't give them any of your money.

The PPG Manufacturing Plant located in Carrollton, TX loves the service provided by Mike Olvera-Montes, our Cintas Uniform Services representative. Mike is the perfect bridge between customer and vendor. Cintas is very fortunate to have Mike on their team. Mike addresses our issues and concerns swiftly, and in a professional manner. We are very happy with the services of Cintas, and the relationship we share with our Cintas representative, Mike Olvera-Montes. If I could give the services of Cintas 10 stars, I would!

This uniform company is a joke. Goe else ware for company services . How does it take 2 weeks to get uniforms. At that time, its summer time about 80+ degrees. All you bring is jackets. No pants, no shirts completly rediculous. Must have been all employees adding all the 5 star reviews . Their customer service at this branch is not good.

I would not recommend working for this entity as their office manager/recruiter lacks professionalism and laughed throughout our entire phone screening.
