The staff were extremely rude, insulting, and unprofessional. Not only did they do a poor job, but they also overcharged me—adding about $40 for no valid reason. I chose not to argue and left quietly. What hurt even more was the clear difference in how they treated me compared to other customers. It honestly felt like they resented serving someone with brown skin—as if helping me bruised their ego. I will not be returning. If you check previous reviews, all Indian names encountered same experience.

Services with Anna is always excellent! The staff is funny never crowded especially if you make appointment! From Micro blading eyebrows to eyebrow wax, full set nails and pedicures eyelash extensions. Only problem is they don’t serve wine lol!

I had several bad experiences here and hence writing the review. The man who did my dip nails was not only rude but also did a terrible job. He sanded my nails down too much and did not clean them after filing as a result of which there was a white residue underneath the color. Gross!The second time when i went to take the dip off he scraped them so hard my nail-bed started hurting. My nails are so brittle now as a result. The pedicure too was really bad. Every toe nail had a different shape and dis not look professional at all. He doesn’t listen to feedback and there is zero customer service at this place. DO NOT GO THERE!

Not the greatest when it comes to shaping! I’m OCD and the job on shaping my nails isn’t the greatest! It looks like a set of press on’s! It looks worse as my nails grow out, which is even more annoying! If your OCD like me in how your nails look, skip here! My pedi on the other hand, one of the best gel paintings I’ve had!

I was in need of a mani pedi for my nephew's wedding. I went to one place that said they could not take me. A friend recommended this place, and her nails are always on point! I have never had a "dip" manicure before but it sure was quick and easy. Hu (I think her name was) worked on my nails and a gentleman worked on my toes. We will see how long the mani lasts - but they said it even last longe than a gel - we shall see. ($80 for both)

Probably the best mani pedi spot. Anna , Na , and Julie are the best - but I also haven’t used anyone else. My nails look amazing everytime I go.
They are always on trend!

I booked a full set and pedicure through Class Pass, and I left with gorgeous nails and toes! Staff is nice, and they have great attention to detail.

Probably the best nail salon I've been to. They remember your name, and have the best service. I've been going now for almost 2 years on and off and never had a bad experience. Ana and Na are the best.

Went for the first time to a nail salon ever and got amazing service! The staff were very friendly and funny as well. Gave me many compliments and made me feel very comfortable. Got a mani and pedi here and would totally recommend this place, I love my nails!
