Had dropped in for a couple of sessions a few seasons ago. This review is long due, my apologies. Excellent focus on form and technique, loved the energy of the box.

Came for a drop in and everyone was incredibly friendly. The coaches welcomed me kindly, and I learned something new about proper technique with barbell cycling for power snatches. Also, the process to arrange a drop-in was much easier than many other gyms I’ve been to. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations.

Let me start off by saying this place was amazing! As someone who is slowly getting back to working…this is where you start. Anna Goodell was so welcoming and explained everything so well. The community that is built there is amazing! It wasn’t stuffy and pretentious and everyone was welcoming and friendly! For it being my first time there, and only ever here for thanksgiving….you’ll see me again!

Dropped in for a couple classes with my wife while in town for a conference. Programming was good, the people were friendly, and the coach was awesome. We'll definitely be coming back if/when we're in the area again.Thanks Coach Rebecca and everyone at CrossfitBolt!

I dropped in one morning while traveling for work near Dallas. I had a great workout and coach was super nice and helpful. I definitely will come back next time I’m in the area.
