Most incompetent pharmacy i ever went. After I was there multiple times in one day they wanted to send me away without medication. The manager told me, that they couldn't reach the treating doctor by phone to ask questions. I called the doctor on site and was on the phone straight away... such a horrible and bad service - very unpleasant to work with.I will never ever return - they should be ashamed for how horrible they treat their customers.

Horrible customer service, no calls back, prescription refills not being sent in a timely manner to the doctor, no one ever answers the phone, etc etc. This is terrible and I am going to find a new pharmacy.

If I could give them half of a star I would, they made me wait for my prescriptions for five days when I return to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine they told me nothing was on their system under my name and don’t even bother to explain what is the issue, very poor way to treat people and lack of professionalism.

Pharmacy employees aren’t very happy to be working there, especially at the drive thru. The attitudes make for an unpleasant experience. I’m already in pain, so atleast be kind.

Wasted 4 hours in the first instance. Then redirected to another store knowing well that they cannot help. Appropriate solutions would have been to ask doctor to issue prescription to another pharmacy. If told early on i could have spoken to doctor and redirected the medication to denton tap.CVS Pharmacy, You have an process issue if another pharmacy cannot work on a prescription when one Pharmacy go down. Don't try to blame just the crew.

The manager on duty Fareed is not up to date with Texas laws. They should be fully knowledgeable of all the new up to date laws especially in regards to Sunday s and alcohol sales & not good with customers.

Most incompetent pharmacy team. Cannot fill prescriptions on time, never have prescriptions ready after they send out the communication it is, unpleasant to work with and on multiple occasions greatly impacted my family for critical prescriptions.Atrocious and should be ashamed for how horrible a job they do on a regular basis.

The store's front checkout is a disaster. Been there three times around mid-afternoon, and it's always the same store associate we run into, a middle aged woman who doesn't like her job at all. There's usually no one behind the register and the self checkout is extremely glitchy. When we tracked down the associate, she yelled that we shouldn't have attempted self-checkout due to "too many" (i.e. ten) items and should have gone hunting for her sooner. Yuck. The best part this week when we tried to drop off a Ups package - she yelled that "Wifi is down so you're not getting a receipt". Not sure if the store isn't paying enough to hire normal people or what exactly the problem is.

I work around the corner from the pharmacy and use it for all my scripts, plus my regular caffeine fix, beauty products, etc. Over the last month, I have been in the store multiple times where employees have been what I call "scarce." The past week, however, my past THREE visits there are NO employees on the floor, a line of customers waiting for the two self-checkout machines, and customers are all trying to help each other find product, answer questions, etc. The pharmacy gate was down b'cuz they were still in process of opening but I hollered through it for them to send mgr. out. He finally appeared and I told him several ppl needed help. His reply? "Well, we have self check out."

Don't get Covid testing here. 4 days later I was on the phone with them for 1/2 hour BEGGING them to just tell me the result (which was negative). I never received any digital confirmation when setting up my appointment which was odd. I've been tested before at Walgreens and had fabulous customer service there. I'm sticking with Walgreen's from now on.
