Wow!! Every woman's hair nightmare is hair loss/ thinning!! Darlene H. is your girl!! She is extremely knowledgeable and a professional of 30 years!! She's compassionate, and she listens!! Most importantly, she knows hair!! We addressed concerns, and she gave me an incredible cut! My hair seemed fuller, and I couldn't be more happier!! Had the pleasure of stumbling here to look for a new hairstylist and checked out suite #115 Darlene Havens. So happy I went because my other hairstylists never got me what I wanted and she made sure I had the perfect haircut while helping me find other styles that I can do with my hair.

I have gone to Melody for my waxing needs for the past 4 years or so.
Now, Melody has her own business and the place is excellent - centrally located in Coppell, very new studio that's super clean and convenient.
Melody is the best Cerologist.

I’ve been a tenant at Delaney Salons for over 6 years. We’ve been through our fair share of management changes, but I can honestly say Jeremy has been the best. As a business professional it’s incredibly important to have a property manager that responds promptly and offers quick solutions to whatever issues you may be having. I have truly enjoyed my time at Delaney and can say we have an amazing group of beauty professionals. If you’re a business owner looking for a room to rent, I highly recommend Delaney Salons.

I had a hair cut from Mia this week and I cannot believe that I just got the best hair cut ever in 10 years.I am a black man and I have never gotten hair cut from a woman before but Mia blew my mind by her level of expertise, skills, professionalism, excellence, customer service, and cleanliness.The neck massage at the end almost made me sleep off. She is a phenomenal barber and a great massage therapist with relaxing touch. The entire atmosphere was cozy and blissful and I can’t wait to be back to see Mia.I have gotten many compliments from people this week about my hair cut and everyone is wondering who is barber. This is probably the most inappropriate / biggest violation of a customer’s personal information & trust. Not only did Mia steal my personal information and contact me to take my business away from Knockouts. Mia is lying to potential customers. As soon as I received a strange text from Mia I contacted Knockouts because something did not seem right. I was informed the gentleman who owned this franchise location was bought out by corporate. Mia herself was not an owner of this franchise as she states. Nor did the owner sell out to corporate as Mia’s text message portrays. Knockouts is also not relocating as Mia falsely states in this text. It seems that Knockouts had to take the franchise back from the owner. The girl did not say why the old owner was bought out but I’m assuming for inappropriate behavior / poor business practices like this. She also let me know that they have received SEVERAL complaints about these text messages & apologized. I asked where I could leave a complaint for this Mia person. The girl said they wouldn’t know where to do that. I referred back to the text message from Mia & found out she is located in Delaneys Salons. Delaneys Salons I hope you are not condoning this behavior. This behavior tarnishes your business. It made me as a consumer feel Delaneys Salons is apart of this questionable behavior. To Mia when you contact people who are not your customers & violate their lack of consent to use their personal information for your potential gain while also misinforming them it infringes on our rights as customers, makes us uncomfortable & ruins whatever reputation you may have. I will not be recommending Delaneys Salons & I will be informing anyone I can about this fraud Mia. I myself am a business owner & find this unethical, dishonorable & deceitful of both Mia & Delaneys Salons.
