I have been shopping here for two years, and I usually try to understand people and be patient. However, one of the older cashiers is consistently rude. Sometimes it’s really uncomfortable to be around them. For example, when I paid in cash, they counted the money with saliva on their fingers and handed me the change. Occasionally, if something upsets them, they push items forcefully, almost throwing them. Today, they even threw the divider between my items and the next customer’s, which was very shocking. I’m not leaving this review based on a single incident, but after observing this behavior over the past one years, I feel it’s important to share.

Today I went to Dollar Tree with my daughter. She was happily walking around with her gift card when it slipped from her hand and slid under one of the racks. I asked the cashier for help, and even though she had a long line at the register, she still came over to try. She then called another cashier, and he helped us retrieve the gift card. They were helping us without any irritation! Kudos to those cashiers, ben and I don’t remember the name of lady in the front! I appreciate their timely help and that’s what matters end of the day for a business to grow stronger

Worst Dollar Tree location. What a terrible look on our Coppell/Valley Ranch community.
Shelves always empty, EXPIRED frozen products. Management and supervision should be ashamed. Total incompetence from the top down at this location. They’re going to have a huge civil lawsuit on their hands when they get someone sick with there expired products.

I was just here and the cashier was sitting down and didn’t greet me. I don’t mind her sitting down because it seems it’s due to a disability however to just be rude and not provide good customer service is not acceptable. Also, she was on the phone and passing the phone back and forth to another person standing at the cash register with her. What has customer service come to now days? I’ll never return to this location. The store was also messy.
