My wife and I had purchased two of the ***Shaped" RGB desks. Right off the bat we loved them. We like the fact we can make the *** left or right sided and that the desk has many RGB lighting modes. Well about a month after purchasing, my desks lighting module went out. I reached out via email and got a quick response from Ms. ******** She was able to replace the module in a timely manner as well. Throughout the process, ******* was courteous, nice, patient and very helpful, assuring me that should any issue arise, she would quickly handle it for me. A few days ago, my wife's module went out. I reached out to ******* and she immediately issued a replacement. Again, assuring me that if any issue were to arise, they would handle it. Out of all the companies I have reached out to for issues, ******* and Eureka Ergonomics by far takes the gold. I've never had such timely responses, friendly attitude, and easy they made the whole process for **. 5/5 definitely recommend. I will be ordering more products from them in the future.

I procrastinated ordering my sons desk for Christmas and when I went on the site the cutoff date had passed for Christmas delivery I called and spoke to Erika, she said she would see what she could do to help me out. The desk showed up Today. Good to see customer service still matters at some companies.

The customer service was great. They managed to get my order done in a timely manner while reassuring that I was taken care of while they prepared it. The furniture as a whole is great, easy to assemble and sturdy.

Man, I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company is the WORST. My fiance ordered a desk on December 11th. Expected delivery via FedEx showed it should be at our door on the 17th. The 17th rolls around and I decide to check the tracking info to see where the desk is / notify the person home to expect the delivery. WELP - no delivery happened. The shipper - Eureka Ergonomics - canceled the order and didn't bother to tell us. When I reached out to support, I was advised that it was canceled by the shipping department and they had NO idea when my order would ship. I told the representative to forget it and cancel the order / refund our card 100% of the order. I was advised that the order had been canceled and I could expect to see the refund in 1-3 business days. It is now 12/29 and we still do not have a refund, nor do we have our order. I emailed customer support before Christmas to ask about the status of the refund. I was then advised that my order was shipped - AFTER I already canceled. There is no new tracking information on my order either, which tells me that the shipment is a lie. Since that last email reply from Eureka, I have emailed every other day to get the status of the refund, but have not received a reply back. They currently have an end of year sale going on, yet if you call them you will get an answering machine telling you they're STILL closed for the holidays. They are also not opening the live chat on the website. How can you have a sale going on, accept orders, and STILL be out for the holiday? Something is fishy. If I do not receive a full refund within the next day, I will be escalating this to a formal complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a gaming desk. I have noticed that the desk has an assembling issue. I contacted customer service. I received a very generous refund. The way they handled my problem was very professional.5 Stars for Customer Service.Desk is nice. I like it. Defiantly worth the price.Thank you guys,Ruzanna

I received the product back in mid may, and immediately after assembling the product, I could tell how mediocre it was. The desk wasn't level all the way across, it had room for only a single monitor and the plastic parts were so awful and clunky that it just didn't felt cheep. It felt like I paid $300 for a $50 desk.I reached out to customer service, which only replies via email once per day. They were reluctant to accept my return, but eventually agreed. Disassembling the desk has been awful as well, the plastic screw caps in the desk are not removable in conventional ways. The only way I can can see to disassemble this desk is to drill holes in the screw caps in order to remove said screw. Again, I emailed customer support, and they said they'd talk with an engineer and get back to me. It has been over a month since my original return request, and a week since the screw cap question, however I have not received a response for either. The "risk free" return is turning out to be a large hassle. I can't disassemble it, or I may lose some of my refund, and I can't get the shipping slip due to customer service ghosting me.All in all, this is my most regretted purchase in the last few years.

Ordered a desk, never recieved. a week later i get an email that says they are out of stock of the desk I ordered and recommended a different one for $30 more. OK... in order to pay the extra they wanted me to order another item... they would never ship. Cancelled the order and walked away. Terrible customer service and never picked up the phone. Never again, and will NOT recommend to anyone.

Oh man, do i have a story to tell all of you. It started on the 24th of July, when i placed an order for a computer desk and a stand for my tower. The order wasn't processed until Thursday, which is totally cool, but! it turns out your warehouse is closed on the weekends? which begin on Friday? Kinda angry i wasn't informed of this, but okay. Come Monday, i get an order saying it's going to be delivered by the 1st, which comes and goes. When i check my tracking info(which are hotlinks in your emails about them that lead to dead pages making me google search the numbers separately) It says the package was indeed in MO on the 1st, but it for some reason was shipped back to Sacramento where it currently sits on the 4th today. Also, when i placed the order for the desk and the desk clamp for my tower together, on the same ticket, they shipped them differently with a different arrival dates to begin with(1st and 6th) Your representative also told me i would be getting a 30 dollar refund due to the errors and issues they've made, that was promised on the 1st(still haven't seen any of it, and i doubt i actually will) If they weren't holding my order hostage i wouldn't be here writing this review. The lack of professionalism they have is insane, i believe at this point a 5th grade class could have a better business.
