Staff was polite and helpful. Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Loved using the app to open the gate. Move out was extremely easy and there were no hidden fees. Would use again if the need arose.

Went to Public Storages first. No one in the office. Tried to sign up online, wouldn’t let me pick the size I wanted.
Drove over here, and Brent was awesome. Super friendly. Glad he was there because even after talking to a human, I confidently picked the wrong size after refusing the offer to check the unit.
Brent made fixing my mistake easy!

Extra Space Storage in Coppell, Texas is AWESOME!!!! The site store manager- Brent was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He (Brent) should get a huge promotion and raise ASAP!!!

I used a climate control unit for a couple of months and had a good experience with this storage facility. The facility itself is good, and the front desk staff are very supportive and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I can recommend this facility.

I kept my stuff in the copell location with extra space and the customer experience was amazing, even though i forgot my lock on after the end date and Brent the executive at the front desk help he with the lock and gave it back to me. I would totally recommend them.

Extra Space was always a friendly place I could go whenever I had issues with my locker - which were rare. They provide a good service. Just watch your bill because they, like everything, grow over time. I would definitely use them again if I needed a storage space.

This business never gave us any issues while using their services. The outprocessing and closing of our account was fairly easy. The only downfall is that their rates seem to increase more than we are accustomed to. I'm sure the location is probably the main reason.

I had a very good experience with Extra Space Storage. I rented a 5x15 climate-controlled unit, and the price was affordable compared to other options. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was always helpful and professional. I felt my belongings were safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage for anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced storage solution!

I feel comfortable with my item at Extra Storage Carrollton/Irving. Customer service is phenomenal. My calls are answered in a reasonable time and Brad is OUTSTANDING
