“I have been searching for a PCP for myself and my family for months now, not only in network with our insurance but I’m also very picky. To say the least, I think we finally found our home! Everyone gave amazing service as soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and simple instructions to fill out. Listen, the paperwork alone is less than anything else and you’re not second guessing yourself on ten million things of what to put down. Check out was also a breeze. The check out lady, scheduled me for my next appointment and waited patiently for me to finish adding it to my calendar.The nurses who treated me had a natural flow going and were so quick to ensure I would be treated abruptly, safely, and correctly. They made me feel at ease and relaxed, even though I was a little nervous.Also, the kind woman doing my blood work, I did not feel the needle and that’s a first for me! I didn’t even know I was stuck until she was done getting the last tube. That’s an amazing talent!Man, let me tell you about my new favorite Family NP, Rosanna. She is amazing. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She did not sugar coat anything but explained my issues thoroughly and what the next steps can be. The main thing is, is that she listened to me and understood me, without any judgement. She stood out with her brilliant kindness and incredible intellect. Also, she wasn’t rough when medically examining my body. She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you, Rosanna, for understanding me.Due to all the interactions, I have had today, I’m taking my family here from now on. This is now our primary spot. We will also follow Rosanna where she goes, she’s definitely a keeper.I am definitely recommending this facility to our friends and family.”

Over the past 10 days, I’ve tried contacting this clinic five different times. Each time, no one would answer the phone. When someone did finally pick up, they transferred me to someone else—who never answered either.
This repeated pattern is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It shouldn’t be this difficult to reach a healthcare provider. I hope they seriously improve their communication and responsiveness.”
