I do love Fat boy products, they have great design and overall quality BUT terrible, TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE service. Ok - No service at all. I think this is problem of american office. FB pretty decent in europe. I wish they would kick this people and find somebody else to distribute their productsI had an order which I find not really working for me- I was asked to pay return which sound bit weird these days, but ok - Till I saw the price to return - which was pretty much half of the cost of the product... So I think - lets have that nice rocking chair and use this small bag with it.. Ordered that chair, received it pretty quickly - and damaged... The plastic line at bottom of the chair was detached during transportation. I sent email to fatboy with obvious - Not going to pay for return of damaged product. Response - No response.. They supposed to contact in 48 hours, it is already probably a week passed since I sent it. I tried to call them - and number was not available. So save our money, buy something different or from other place. Don't do any business with this company. P.S. In the past I had experience ordering extra feel up for bean bag. Order came damaged and I end up buying alternative product.
