Tristen and the FedEx team are amazing at this location! They help me with rush orders, are always kind and make helpful suggestions, and deliver quality products. I continue to go to this location because of how dependable they are.

I believe it was Christen or Tristian that helped me yesterday in Coppell? She went above & beyond for a $3 charge. I usually go to UPS or USPS but I’m trying FedEx going forward. I’m sure they are overworked & have their days but seriously it was the most help I’ve have had at a postal center in 20+ yrs of living here.

After today's experience, I really wonder how FedEx hasn't gone bankrupt. I wanted to send something overseas, and the agent asked me to provide an exemption code myself. But he refused to provide any information about what the code is and what options are available. Moreover, the USPS quoted me $70, and FedEx quoted me $110+ for the same item.
PS: I went to the nearby USPS. The agent there was very nice and asked me what type of item I was going to send. I said it was documents, and she helped me choose the correct exemption code.
This is either a lack of expertise or outright racism based on my experience here.

They offer a self check-in package machine so that you don't have to wait for any associates. It was a quick drop-off for me and took less than a minute.

I end up having a lot of dealings with both FedEx and UPS UPS will be there every time on time the people that drive for them they will stop and put your package where you have asked them to just like FedEx. You can ask them. You can tell them where to deliver it, but UPS is the only one that does FedEx. They will have a delivery date And they are never on time at all. I have had it where it said delivered and then three days later, it finally shows up because the person had forgotten it in the truck. This is an ongoing deal with FedEx. They are terrible many board companies. You cannot choose who you shipped through so FedEx needs to get on the ball because I am tired of losing money because of them.

This location is fantastic, especially the staff. Marcus was very patient and polite. He helped us find the right envelope and explained all the shipping options. Great service! We will visit again.

Horrible!!! The “office center” has the slowest internet ever. By the time you going to do what you have to do, you have to end the session to add more funds. Now, don’t even bother asking for help, the guy there just said “well add more funds”. Horrible customer service.

I needed a large board custom printed in a short amount of time. Finn knocked it out of the ballpark, going above and beyond to ensure it was exactly what we needed, even setting up delivery at the last minute because it wouldn't fit in my car. The fax machines are slow, as expected, but the thing that really sucks about this location is it can't break change. Also, they can only tell you the price afterwards.
