This company never provides a tracking number for my daughter's dexcom and doesn't inform us of when it should be arriving. My wife usually has to drive 2 hours to the FedEx warehouse to get her dexcom. Horrible service. This is desperately needed for a six year old type 1 diabetic attending school.

Spoke with a lady about having my 4 yr old daughters Dexcom prescription transferred to another pharmacy since they said they are unable to provide it since they would be “taking a loss” the lady told me she got in touch with the other pharmacy and the prescription has been transferred. I trusted her word… today comes… the day my daughter needs her prescription, no where in the mail. I call the new pharmacy they said they have NO record of this pharmacy EVER being in contact with them! My daughter is type 1 an needs her Dexcom for the nurse at school to monitor her levels. Not only has this pharmacy been scamming her insurance, they have no sense of urgency or care for their clients!

These people have been scamming my daughters insurance also send out a machine that does not work when we first started trying to use them they don't send the scanner out until my wife went off on they manager she tried to say that was the last time she will be sending scanners out due to we told them we were putting them in through the state because they kept sending sensors and not the scanner.

Fifty 50 came highly recommended from a friend when we came across an urgent need for a new supplier of Dexcom G6 for my father in law who has severely unmanaged diabetes. Maxine (turns out the GM wears many hats) listened to my horror story about how someone took advantage of my FIL and got him to change his Medicare Advantage plan & now his Dexcom sensor is out and we are calling a million places to find him a new supplier to tide him over until we get his insurance corrected. Turns out Fifty 50 currently only provide the Freestyle Libre to Medicare Advantage Plans so we cant sign him up as a customer here, BUT Maxine was super sweet and helpful with all the information. Even better, Maxine offered to send him a sensor to tide us over while we find a solution to our Medicare Insurance nightmare and my forgetful father in law who forgets to check his blood sugar and give himself insulin.

I love this company. They supply all my daughter's DME equipment for her Type 1 Diabetes. They are always super friendly and helpful. I never have to call and "order" my recurring supplies, deliveries are automatic and arrive on time. I have trouble with every other company before Fifty50 and would cry if we ever had to change providers! Can't say enough good things about this company!

Their hours suck for anyone who works during the day. Their customer service people are. It helpful and rude. I hate that they don’t send you any confirmation emails and do not have a way to easily order supplies online.

The people who work here ARE USELESS! They started using a company called LSO to deliver my sensor's. They are saying it has to be signed in order to receive the package. Which in the past I never had to sign for it. A 5050 Rep told me I have to be home in order to receive it. UM people have jobs. 5050 you guys need to do better. No wonder you guys have these ratings.

My son received a faulty dexcom g6 sensors and supervisor Maxine was really rude to me. Every single sensor fell off his arm from the faulty order they sent him. Refused to replace and rudely told me to contact dexcom. Well thanks I don't have a way to test his blood now.

Again for the 100th time, my son's prescription was processed late. The only answer I get, is that they do not know why. There is not one ounce of care in her voice. My son is 15 and a Type 1 diabetic. They put his life in danger by not processing his orders on time. It is such a shame that they would do that to a 15 year old. Unfortunately, this is the only place that has a contract with my son's insurance. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

All of these wholesale pharmacies are subpar but Fifty 50 is lazy and dangerous. If your life depends on your prescriptions, find a reputable pharmacy. I needed to reorder medical equipment a few weeks early due to equipment failure and Fifty 50 refused to submit the claim early despite my insurer saying it would be covered, citing it never worked in the past for other customers. Now I am looking at a trip to ER. Thanks Fifty 50!

Well I placed an order with this pharmacy and never heard a got the confirmation email and then never heard or got my order I assumed it was canceled or they didn't take my order lo and behold I found their charge on my credit card statement tonight so I'm a little upset
