I usually do my own maintenance and reasonable repair, and am reserved about going to shops. However this was a warranty repair situation, and the guys at Firestone totally put me at ease about what the issues were, carefully listened to my descriptions of the issue, and were straightforward that it would take some time to diagnose.
After a reasonable time, their techs had identified my issue and brought two others to my attention which i had been unaware of, and gave me all the options for repair, which I accepted and all appears to have been expertly done. I'm driving around for a month since with a car in good shape thanks to these professionals!

Excellent and speedy customer service from Moe and Rob today! Came to fix what we thought was a nail in the tire but they were honest and explained thoroughly that it was most likely weather related.

I left my car, they told me it would be ready in 1.5 hours, two hours passed and I went to see if it was ready, and they hadn't even started!!!

Even though I didn't have a reservation for Saturday, they were able to work me in even though they were very busy. I purchased the "Lifetime alignment" and I'm happy with the value that this provides.

Out of service restroom
No water,coffee machine all the dirty.
That is all fine.
I waiting for the store almost 1 hours 35 minutes for service .my car still outside!
Why? Because the store guy takes a car before me. (The car person is after 1 hours behind me and I ask car person we do same service also he doesn’t have appointments)
After I ask employee they said we do the difference service . I don’t want to argue.
?also in the garage have at least 3or 4 rooms is empty.
What should I do?
Hope they can take care all of the people

I have used fire stone for years… Never had a bad experience. This last time they helped me troubleshoot and didn’t charge me for diagnostic because they couldn’t find anything wrong and gave me advice on what to do next. This is why I keep going back to fire stone and will recommend to others… That’s what’s called good customer service and customer retention.

I had never been to this location before and only came because my regular place's equipment was broken. Everything about the visit was great except that I waited a half hour before my car left the parking lot, even though I had an appointment.

Employee behind the desk didn’t even look at me- while telling me I would have to wait 2 hrs for inspection and to go to Goodyear across the street - would be faster.

The work is fine, the workers are deceptive under the "nice guy" disguise. Imagine being told "it is $50 for this service, and for $100 you can upgrade". Then finding out that the upgraded service is $150 not $100. Also, when I came in last I made a complaint about the last experience and how I felt cheated out of money. They blamed a former employee and proceeded to do the same thing. They over shared the fireable offense, and explained it took too long to fire that employee because they were female.
