Will likely cancel my account before even using it. I jumó though all these hoops to open an account online, and then they don’t even send me an account number. Call me in the middle of driving and try to give me my account number to write down. I told them I wasn’t in a position to, and they said no worries you can call customer service whenever you’re ready. Call customer service and they say they can’t give me my account number over the phone; *hard eye roll cuz frost called me to give me my account # over the phone like an archaic artifact*Customer service says “you have to go to the branch to get your account number”The branch is 9-5 and I work 8-5. ? already more hassle than this is worth. Who in 2023 doesn’t send an electronic copy of your contract with the freaking account number?!

(Update: the representative I spoke to failed to mention that my account number for the bank my transfer was to goes in the comment section instead of the account number field. My wire was rejected and I was never told until I called myself 2 hours after the rejection, even though they said they would call if it was rejected. This has already costed me several hundred dollars in market gains. This bank is INCOMPETENT and I will be taking my account elsewhere after 12 years.) Just had the worst service at this location. Lobby is closed due to the Caronavirus, and only the drive thru is open. I was the only car in the entire drive through and the representative was sitting there on her cell phone. I hit the call button and she said hello but did not ask how she could help and went back down to her phone (I'm thinking okay is she busy with something?) hit the call button again and said are you available to help me? She said yes as if that was obvious. Wasted several minutes of my time waiting to send an urgent wire while she was doing her own thing and then several times throughout the interaction she would send papers back to me without saying anything. I had to call each time to ask what and where I was supposed to sign or if I was even supposed to. Absolutely ridiculous.

After updating their website, we can't access our personal account at all. We can't make payments, check balance or transfer funds. Everything is broken.How can you have such an incompetent IT department?

I LOVE Frost Bank! LOVES: 1. The customer service number (even the 800 number!) is always answered by a human being. This is THE MOST attractive thing about them! I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. They might even call at 2 years! 3. Sometimes we OD our account (I know! Bad!!) and most of the time they refund the fees...sometimes even without us asking. 4. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 5. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. There are some improvements that could be made. (I updated these from a list of 5 to 2 from my initial review. So many improvements have been made!) 1. I would love a location in Denton or Corinth. I'm so happy they opened a Lewisville branch! 2. When you leave the website and go back, the login screen doesn't appear. It just says "Welcome -your name-!" And when you click my accounts, it errors out and makes you sign in. It would be much more convenient if you could just sign directly in.

Frost Bank is not customer oriented and has several rude tellers. They have a decent online app but lack in customer service. I will very soon stop banking with them as I do not get this type of uncooperation from other banks. Simple requests for assistance are always problematic and many of their employees are apathetic at best. What has happened to customer service?

I opened a savings and checking account with this company with the intent of moving all my funds. Due to difficulty with their management, I called and they clearly lack managment. I also called Frost HQ three times, opened a complaint and have yet to receive even a call. Were they nice yes? But was it anything special than at the bank I am at now? No, not at all. Mediocre at best. But coupled with pitiful management and obviously Senior leadership ineffectiveness, 1 star. I closed both accounts within a week. Moved them to another local bank and couldn't be happier.
