Grapevine Springs Park is a beautiful nature sanctuary and hidden gem in Coppell. It is a peaceful local nature spot with trails, beautiful trees, and plenty of shade. The park features a mix of paved and unpaved paths, a meadow with an old well and bell, and lots of shale rocks to see. It is more historical than people realize, containing a Texas History Marker. The grounds are kept pretty clean and it has a picnic area, restrooms, drinking fountains, and plenty of parking. It is easy to do with kids and highly recommended for a walk or some fresh air.

We've been coming here regularly for about a month and they do a good job keeping the grounds pretty clean. There's some poison ivy growing near one of the nature trail entrances. Easy to spot/avoid of you know what you're looking for (leaves of 3...). We walked the tails without any issues.
