Never again. Walked in with my kids and this lady made this the most confusing and frustrating experience. For starters she asked for my number after saying I was a walk-in and I’m not sure if this is routine but she took my number and kept asking if a scheduled guy was me. Mind you, I’m very obviously a woman and I had 2 kids with me but she kept asking after repeatedly telling her it’s not me and she gave me someone else’s appt and insisted on calling my kids Rudy and Claudia (I’m guessing that was the scheduled peoples name) should’ve been my first sign. I then show her a picture of 98’ Mary Kate and Ashley bang style lol and got freakin hipster girl bangs (I’ll attach the inspo pic and what she’s got) like I came here to not have my child’s hair looking like it does now but I’m sure I could’ve done so much better. Not to mention she kept asking how she should do it despite showing her the inspo over and over zooming in and talking details, everything. I had to fix my child’s hair at one point by moving more hair over to one side so the bangs could at least be even and she wouldn’t listen to me when I told her that the bangs were going to be SHORT and she said “well she has water in her hair”.. that makes the bangs longer woman so when it dries it’s going to be even SHORTER. I wish I wasn’t so nice when it comes to not hurting feelings I should’ve walked out this lady was so rude too. My other child’s hair is fine they just didn’t clean his neck up but I’m not worried about him. Anyways maybe don’t come here or just don’t get the older lady with super short hair and temper cause yall 😭😭. I never leave reviews either. Even when I absolutely should. This happened like a week ago maybe and I’m still so upset about it. The sunglasses photo.. no joke my daughter looks like that now. 🫠

Dropped from 2 to 1 stars because of the way Great Clips chooses to respond to negative reviews. If someone gives you all the details of their experience, why respond with a generic request for more information? Why ask the location when it's clearly this one?
Oh right, so you can collect more information and send them coupons and sell their personal info.

Had very disappointing experience yesterday on hair cut. Please spray water on hair before cutting them. It’s common sense that wet hair will soften up and will be cut evenly.

Fantastic salon. Fifi is the best and listens as well as talks. She had corrected my previous bad haircut experience with a hairdresser who is no longer there by refunding money. Now she is the only one I will let touch my hair. Also veteran discount is given all the time. Highly recommended Fifi and this location.

The employees should at least listen how much hair their customers are asking to cut. Multiple times it happened, we have asked to cut hair just a quarter inch from front and they stull shorten the hair more than half inch. They are not serious about their work. They should pay attention while cutting customer’s hair. I regret now I should not have paid for these services which are not being provided well.

Worst hair cut saloon..bad attitude and unprofessional approach with customers. Even when you explain them how you want to cut your hair, they just do it in the way they want and just don't care about your requirement. I went to cut my son's hair now ...and they completely messed it up..Giving them 1 star only because there is no zero to put it in.

Terrible experience. I would give this place a 1 star. Honestly what do they expect? My brother came in for a haircut and was wearing a mask, but then he had to remove it because the hair stylist needed to do a beard trim. Initially, the other lady does his haircut but she wasn’t available. I asked her and she told me it’s okay you can do it with the other lady. I was like ok…then I mean she has no other customer so she could’ve cut my brother’s hair. The old lady I forgot her name was continuously coughing without wearing a mask. If a person show signs or symptoms and are feeling unwell, they need to follow COVID-19 guidelines and remain at home until they’re fully recovered. Unfortunately they don’t care, even if you tell them to wear a mask they won’t listen and just argue with you that it’s no longer required. Still I understand it’s not mandatory to wear a face mask, but if for some reason someone is ill they should be careful, wear a mask or stay at home so that they don’t make the other person sick. The salon really needs to take this situation into account so that it doesn’t happen with another customer.

I went to Great Clips yesterday and had a truly terrible experience. I asked the stylist to follow the same directions as in the system, like I always do, but this time was a complete disaster. An older Asian lady rushed through my haircut in just 4 minutes, and the result was awful. It was clear she was more interested in getting as many cuts done in an hour as possible rather than providing a good haircut or a decent customer experience. When I confronted her about the terrible job, she got angry. I was so fed up that I left no tip when I paid. She then made a fuss, giving me rude gestures, and only handed me the receipt after I asked for it. Overall, a completely frustrating and disappointing experience.
