My husband and I visited this place for his haircut, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The lady who handled the appointment was disrespectful and rude. Despite having a previous negative experience, we returned out of necessity. When I requested a specific haircut, she questioned my husband about whether I would be paying for it, which was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Additionally, she began complaining about my husband’s hair, which was unnecessary. If you are not willing to accommodate specific requests, it would be better to communicate that before starting the service. We won’t be returning.

Horrible place, tried to leave NO STARS! We went in today and they refused to cut my daughter's hair because they said she had lice. I told them no, she always has dry scalp and dandruff because we live in dry Colorado. But of course they tried to sell us some lice shampoo, no thank you. We left and went somewhere else where they assured us that she did not have lice! Terrible customer service!

Worst experience ever!!
Never visit this place… whoever is working here is very disrespectful, insulting there customers and don’t know there job…
Went for haircut for my self and for my son… the lady who is handling my son’s hair said she has to shave his head to shorten the hair… left incomplete and when I asked her to fix, she insulted me and called her other colleagues and all of them started misbehaving with me…
I called for supervisor or the owner they denied and kept on saying, she is female and can treat anyone the way they want… being a male I cannot raise my concerns or ask her to fix the issue…
This never happened, I was regular customer of #greatclips but this event was a nightmare… I will not recommend anyone to visit this place…. At least this branch… all the ladies there is full of unprofessional and rude! These ladies screwed my day today!!

Terrible location and Rude Staff! When complained the owner also tried to back them rather than support customer. If you won’t give them tip then they will threaten that they won’t cur your hair next time. They expect tip after the terrible service.Stylist: Ashley and Vicky! Both are terrible.

Went here showed them picture of a simple taper and Length to use sisscor on the the top they gave me a bald spot and cut wrong Length not to mention haircut was not a even close to the picture showed (the picture I showed them was a e regular taper)
