my hair got totally botched. i asked for a little bit off the top and she basically shaved my whole head. she didn’t know what she was doing and she had to keep cutting it shorter because she messed up. will not go there ever again. save your money and go elsewhere.Service: Haircut

Angela, white hair lady always demanding more tips…. She compare others tips to your…but crazy lady don’t know that every one makes different amount so no one size fits all. wouldn’t recommend this place!!!

Incompetent stylist.Went in with shoulder-length hair, wanted it cut to a drop-fade pompadour, and left with basically a military style "high & tight" and poorly blended.I showed the stylist photos of what I wanted and I had more than enough hair to work with. Inexcusable.Went to the Great Clips in Denton to fix it into something that I could at least deal with while it grows back out.

Perfect example of how a place can be ruined because of bad employees. I signed up using their online app and went there on time. The place looks a closed at 3:30 pm on a weekday. Waited there for 15 mins. The owners shows up and tell me that he doesn’t know where the stylist is and he doesn’t when she will be back. I had to waste close to 40 minutes of my time because of their irresponsibility and unprofessional attitude. This happened to me twice in the last three months. Shut the place down instead of wasting our time.

I made online reservation 2 hours before and came before sms alert, my name is at the top but they ignored and informed that they already had enough customers and continued with other customers.I didn’t understand what the purpose of taking online appointments atleast need to mention or cancel appointment before reaching to destination.Worst response ever had.

I like great clips, but this one particular place in Coppell on S Belt line I don’t recommend at all. They have new stylists always and don’t understand the billings. They overcharged my Prepaid card (12.99) and returned me cash. So I lose the advantage of having prepaid card now at lower rate for future hair cuts. If you tell them, they argue as if they are doing favor. Whenever their owner is there, they are aligned, otherwise Horrible place ! Will prefer other places now.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! is not even enough to give it a star but I have to put 1 star to let me give a review I can't believe that a Great Clip has fallen so low I used to go there because of its good service and the people who had very professional my experience today was terrible DO NOT GO the person who cut my hair she had no idea how to do it, she left me with a terrible cut, she cut more than I had asked for and when she saw her mistake she immediately went to get help she herself said she didn't know how to do it and just said sorry but she had already left my hair bad WHY DID THEY LET HER CUT MY HAIR THEN? and without notifying me before sitting me down they tried to fix it but it was literally impossible my hair turned out horrible and they still offered me coupons for the next time I WILL NOT COME BACK ?o avísen cuando cambien de estilistas

I always have a good experience with whoever is working at the location, and always feel a bit sad for them. The last 4 visits it's someone different and they all say the same thing, that they're the only one working from open to close and that it's been that way for weeks.Staff your store!
