We walked into the Havertys Outlet Center in Irving just to browse—and walked out with a beautifully coordinated designer living room and a master bedroom suite, all thanks to the incredible help of Mercy.
From the moment we met her, Mercy was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find exactly what we were looking for (even when we didn't know what that was!). She has an amazing eye for design and helped us pull together pieces that looked custom-curated for our home. Her suggestions transformed our ideas into a vision, and that vision into a stunning reality.
What really impressed us was how effortless she made the whole experience. No pressure, just a friendly, professional guide who knew the inventory inside and out and worked within our budget—saving us thousands in the process.
We can't say enough good things about Mercy and our experience at the Havertys Outlet. If you're shopping for furniture and want expert help with a personal touch, ask for Mercy. She’s a gem!

Had such an exceptional experience at this location. The sales representative Paula went above and beyond to get me a great deal and was so sweet and patient. I can’t wait to come back with my friends and family!

We were stopped at the door and told to have a parent, my partner and I are both 20 years of age and it was outrageous to us to be turned away because of our appearance.(we were browsing after going to Meow Wolf and dressed in alternative style clothing)

Marcy is great to work with. This location has new and used/return items that are floor items only. The selection is not bad but you want find items for every room. This is not a one-stop shop like NFM, but you will have fewer distractions and more personalized services.

Outlet store so larger than any other haverty in Dallas. They have new stock as well as clearance. Option in clearance are really huge. Looking for some small or single piece of furniture do check out this place you will definitely end up liking something of your choice. For a complete set obviously you have new stock to look from .

MELISSA...!!!.... What better service could I ask for. Cold, dreary day in Dallas, don't even know why I was out in it. But, in the area and decided to stop by (Coppell) and browse. I was lucky enough to connect with Melissa. Melissa is knowledgeable, patient, efficient and so very personable.
Regarding Haverty's. I've been a customer for years. I repeatedly return due to the high quality and reasonable pricing and variety to choose from. Whether it be contemporary, traditional or transitional, Haverty's has it.
And, due to yesterday's visit I am expecting a delivery of two accent chairs, a coffee table and a beautiful canvas art work.

My shopping experience at Haverty's outlet was exceptional thanks to the outstanding service provided by Earnest Perkins. From the moment we walked in, Earnest was incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all our questions with patience and expertise.
What truly stood out was his low-pressure approach. He guided us through the options without ever making us feel pressured or rushed, allowing us to make decisions at our own pace. Earnest's subtle salesmanship and genuine desire to help us find the perfect furniture made all the difference.
