Called to check on the price to fix my Google Pixel phone. The staff who answered the phone was not knowledgeable about phones and tech markets at all. He said people don't use Google phones, which is an absurd answer and a false statement. ? Said he'd call back an hour later but haven't seen any calls back. Not dependable seller

Wow! Talk about service!I’m always super wary about these “phone repair” places but I needed my Samsung phone screen repaired and wanted to call around for the best deals.Hitech Wireless is new to the area (they moved from their 7-year Coppell brick and mortar) and when I called, they offered me prices at LEAST 1/4 LESS than everyone else!! On top of that, the owner even offered to pick up and drop off my phone! I ended up visiting them at the store in Music City Mall (upstairs across from the food court) and I was beyond impressed by the repair, their knowledge AND their service! These people are truly genuinely caring and wonderful!They went above and beyond for me and I paid wayy less for the repair! I will be telling everyone about them!

Great service, they went above and beyond to fix my phone. I brought my phone in to fix my front screen and back glass and they did a great job in only a fraction of the time. They even fixed my battery, and my broken notification sound. Thank you!

Awesome service and results. I brought them a totally dead (waterlogged) iPhone and they brought it back to life so I can get the data (pics) and use as a backup. Some features (face recog) not working...but I'm very happy for a relatively reasonable price! As they 'investigated' the issues, they updated me on estimated price and timeline. Second time they fixed a family phone for us. Very nice people too! I would use them again!
