I went to inquire about doing my taxes I spoke to Suchita and she responded well and explained costing and other things on first meet. I planned to file my ITR on weekend and I visited their office at noon, Suchita was not there so I spoke to Renuka but from here things changed. Renuka was extremely rude and disrespectful. Poor in communication and quality of work. She doesn't know the basics. I have decided not to file taxes from H&R Block. Guys avoid this H&R Block for filing your taxes. Toxic environment don’t waste your time in here.
Poor Quailty of work, Not Professional, unresponsive.

Spare yourself the headache and find an actual CPA. There were countless errors on the forms and a high-level of carelessness when rushing through to completion. I was aggressively pressured into paying for the service before I could review my forms and when I asked to review, nothing was shared. I did not file with them this year and I will not go back.

I’ve always loved H&R Block, but after this year I had to switch to turbo taxWhen it comes to foreign tax exclusion, they don’t know what they’re doing, and said you have to be active duty military in a combat zone to qualify which is not trueIf you qualify to get a foreign tax exclusion, go to turbo tax, they’re way better with handling that type of paper work
