Do not use the Coppell office for tax preparation. We have had mistakes made on the past two years returns that we used them to file. They also did not submit our last return (2021) on time. They said it got "hung up in the system" and we had to pay penalty and interest to the IRS. H & R block is refunding the penalty we paid, but we have to report it as income because they are sending us a 1099 form. So basically, we are having to pay taxes on their mistake. This is ridiculous. Will not use H&R Block again. The mistakes made were careless oversights as well. These are not tax professionals filing your taxes. Lesson learned the hard way.

Excellent customer service. The tax rep, Ken Sorrels, is very knowledgeable. He is very friendly and kind. He has a great sense of humor. He completed the process in a very timely manner. I scheduled next year appointment before I left.
