I usually don't do this, but it's bothering me. A few weeks ago I ordered Chicken Parmigiano and the Italian Rum cake. The cake was stale when I called the guys response was "well, no one else has called". That's not the point, I was not asking for a refund just relaying the information. He really didn't care so I care NOT to order again.

This is a carry out/delivery hide. Pizza surprise in the middle of coppel.I tried a Medium (13'') pizza half quattro fromaggi and half garden pizza. It was a great surprise. I really enjoyed it. They were not afraid to put cheese on the pizza!It was $18. Way better than Marco pizza, pizza hut, dominos, papa John's. I will definitely be back.They were fast and friendly.

This is by far the most horrendous pizza I ever ordered in the entire Dallas area. I ordered an XL 18" pineapple with canadian bacon. It was a messy pool of marinara souce,also horrible,so watery (Prego taste better) that as soon as I attempted to cut a piece, the entire coat of cheese came off with all the ingredients ,leaving the horrible plain crust with nothing on it. The worst of the worst.

My club sandwich arrived with no turkey, 1 small withered price of lettuce, some bacon BITS, and really cheap packaged boiled ham...When I called to tell them, the guy hung up on me...Never

We were planning to have Italian Express for lunch at work. Order was placed with instructions on who to deliver the food to at the proper address. Long story short we never got our order. After calling Italian Express to resolve the issue they sent the driver back only to admit that the food was dropped off at the wrong business and that it would take three hours to have the order replaced and delivered. Three hours for a sandwich, a pasta dish, and a calzone. I get that mistakes happen but the customer service that followed was extremely sub par.

I do not recommend. This was my first time trying this place and the first pizza place I tried as a new resident in the area. The pizza arrived this evening (Saturday) via delivery lukewarm and without the additional condiments I asked for. I called to ask the delivery driver (that I tipped) if he had them and he blatantly lied and said they were out and wouldn’t get a shipment until next Friday. I know this because I called the restaurant to ask about the missing condiments and they said they would send him right back with them. This took a while so I called back to inquire and expressed my disappointment. The man I spoke with hung up in the middle of the call. The driver finally came back, so an hour and a half later, I now have the condiments and a cold pizza. I will not return.
