Maybe the Texas Kings III is good bit the Sarasota FL Kings III leaves something to be desired. Been trying to resolve issues with our cell communicators on 5 elevators for months. Two weeks ago Kings replaced all the mother boards declaring fixed. Less than a week later only three out of the 5 elevator phones were able to connect to the call monitoring service. We Had an entrapment situation today and the elevator passenger could not connect to kings monitoring to get to the fire department. Resorted to yelling for help. Fortunately it wasnt the middle of the night and someone heard him. When we report that the emergency elevator phones arent connecting it is ALWAYS at least a week before they can get to us. Called a week ago and we were scheduled for March 9th. Terrible response time for such an important emergency service. If you want your emergency phones to be fixed promptly use a different company in Sarasota Fl.

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Oscar Brown one of Kings III field technician's today & he just blew our socks off!!! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable at his job but his personality and customer service skills are OUTSTANDING! Some would even say "STELLAR" If I could give him a 100 star review I would. What an amazing employee you guys have :)

I cannot say enough about Kings III. Everyone that works there is phenomenal. When I first contracted them, they delivered quickly, and proactively. I have never had to wait for an installation or had a service delay. Kings III is gold standard of how to make the transition away from landlines effortless. Highly, highly recommend.

I have had great results dealing with Donna Patmore at Kings III Emergency Communications for multiple locations and services. For Elevator, Fire, and Area of Refuge communicators. There service is fantastic. Quick turnaround time. They are always available when questions come up.They have been extremely a great service partner for us as a company that operates over 40 supermarkets throughout NY, NJ, Pa, and Md. Their equipment seems to be very reliable, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Emergency check ups that we do once a month to make sure phone service is working has been awesome. Someone always takes the time to assist you and confirm your system is still working and OK. Customer care is quick to help you if you have a problem. Kuddos Kings 111. Move it Storage 5025

Unprofessional to the point of placing lives at stake. Existing contract. When informed that company would be migrating "futuristically" to consolidate service, monitoring and phones under one vendor vs 3, all seemed good. Representative turned around and sent an email cancelling service immediately. If I could rate at a minus number I would.

They shouldn't advertise as being open when they are not.Difficult to work with and have have not been able to take advantage of our properties amenities due to this company dragging their feet. I don't know how they have a 4 star rating. The Avenues at Holcomb Bridge.
