I showed up without an appointment the manager on duty Israel got me set up and had his technician. Cooper take my truck back to do the inspection and oil change. I was very happy with the time that I spent there was short. I will bring all my vehicles to this location. The Complementary coffee warmed me up.

Fast and they do a great job! I went in for an oil change and inspection. They were able to vacuum the driver side, windex the front windshield and also top off the fluids.
They did this in about 10mins. I'll definitely be back! Whatever the owner is doing or teaching the staff really pays off compared to other locations.

Other than their waiting area being hot sometimes, these guys have an ok wait time usually and are fairly professional. They are friendly and also let you wait in your car if you want to. The cost is slightly on the higher side but they are usually good at estimating your wait time I usually call to make sure what the wait might look like and that has worked out very well. If you have a German car then be prepared to wait longer. My Japanese car has gotten an oil change in 12 minutes flat and they took over an hour to do an oil change on my German car so beware.

This is probably the best place to get state inspection done for your vehicle. When I called, they informed that they had 2 machines, all technicians were certified inspectors and they could get me out in less than 15 minutes.
Came to the location and they exceeded expectations - inspection was completed in under 10 minutes and I was on my way.
Customer Service is excellent and I will definitely come back to this location for my auto service needs.

When you decline the 60 dollar cabin replacement they stick it in backwards for revenge.
EDIT- Yes this was meant for your shop.
Been a long time customer. Took my car in for an inspection. Never coming back.
Employee brought my cabin filter and my engine filter for me to see. Told me my engine filter is clean. Why would you need to show me my filter is clean?
Then said my cabin filter was dirty and he could replace it for 60 dollars. I politely declined and he literally stomped off like a child. When I received my car back and turned on my AC. Dust and dirt blew into the cabin. I opened my glove box and he had installed the filter backwards.
The employee installed my cabin filter backwards as revenge for not buying the replacement.

I highly recommend this Kwik Kar location (Coppell on Denton Tap)! They are so friendly and quick! Admittedly, I don't know a ton about cars, but they were so helpful when my car had a bad oil leak. John in particular was great! He didn't try to price gouge in any way (quite the opposite actually). I will always go here for my car needs, and I will encourage others to do the same. Thanks guys!
