Called to get a quote and honestly they were pretty unwelcoming and not very friendly. I’ve been working with agents at Goosehead insurance that are much better to work with from a customer service perspective. The agent who was quoting me here just kinda made me feel like an inconvenience when I’m literally about to buy a 6k/yr policy. Will continue to shop elsewhere. Other agencies just seem to have better customer service than they do here. I enjoy a friendly knowledgeable agent and I didn’t get that here which is surprising because I called because of the good reviews I saw online. I guess in 2025 anyone can ask for Google reviews.

I have been with Allstate for over 40 years and have had excellent service. Larry’s agency has been there for us to consult when we needed them for advice. I would highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs.

I moved to Dallas in 1992 and got my insurance with Allstate. Larry took over the agency bit later, and the service has always been great. Just recently, I recommended him to a friend. After checking them out, he moved his insurance for his house and three cars. And he's very selective! Check them out and I think you will be happy that you did.
