Was there back in September of 23, care was good billing sucks. They take my insurance but charged me $150 for a deductible when it should have been $25.00. they still have not submitted the insurance claim to my insurance company. Called several time to straighten out but getting nowhere.

Disappointing Phone Interaction:My recent attempt to inquire about wait times at Legacy ER & Urgent Care in Tarrant County, TX, left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. While discussing my situation with the receptionist, the call was abruptly dropped in the middle of our conversation.Intentional Disconnect? This abrupt disconnection felt intentional on the receptionist's part, which is deeply concerning. Open and clear communication is crucial, especially in a healthcare setting where wait times significantly impact patient decisions.Impact on Patients:Being left unaware of wait times creates unnecessary hassle, particularly when seeking urgent medical attention. This incident reflects poorly on Legacy ER & Urgent Care's professionalism and prioritization of patient experience.Call to Action:I urge Legacy ER & Urgent Care to investigate this matter and ensure their reception staff practices professional phone etiquette. Avoiding similar situations for future patients requires a clear commitment to open communication.

The whole staff, from front desk, nurse (medic), to the doctor were friendly and helpful. Made a bad thing (my injury) into something a little less bad.

They were extremely compassionate and caring with my mom. Got us right in and guided us to next steps for treatment. Highly recommend them!

On my last visit, as well as my son's, I was billed for medicines that we never took. This is unethical and probably goes over the heads of many patients who don't look or don't know what medications are administered. Fortunately for me, my wife is a nurse and spotted the issues immediately. However, now we get to spend hours trying to dispute this. Fun.

This place is great. I am not local, and had to visit for a minor issue. They were aware I would have difficulty making it to a pharmacy, and helped me to find real solutions to solve my diagnosis.

The nurse was so nice and I never once felt uncomfortable with him. The doctor seemed to be very detailed on what they needed to look at.

Update: (I changed from 4 stars to 2 due to this issue)went in because I was really sick with a kidney infection (diagnosed) and the normal doctors and nurses are normally very kind and treat me so well, that we try to come here first before a big Hopsital. Well I came in 2/17 and the doctor who isn’t usually there named Dr. Alejandro T treated me so terribly that we left shocked and my husband is wanted to file a complaint with the board. He was very belittling, asking me if my pain was just period cramps or pregnancy when the pregnancy test and urine sample testing paper was in-front of him showing a negative for pregnancy and positive for infection. He then asked me if I even knew what bile was when I said I had been throwing up bile and vomiting a lot due to the pain and infection. He said many other rude and belittling things. Even some of the other people helping me made a comment that they normally wouldn’t treat me like this and to come back later when he was gone so I could get the treatment I deserved. It’s concerning you guys are hiring people like this. The nurse practitioner that first came in was amazing and then the ER doc came in and was a complete jerk and belittled me and my condition and Intelligence. Please have someone call me and give me the info needed to complain to the medical board and to y’all in general. Thank you. Patients deserve so much better treatmentIve had to go here a few times and I feel like the kindness has been so good the past few times I’ve come for my painful kidney disease. There have been times where they were kind of mean but that’s turned around a lot! The nurses are always nice. And the doctor helps me with my pain and my kidney infections so I don’t have to go to the big hospital and be admitted for long periods of time. My doctor likes to send me here because they are helpful and fast!

Worst experience ever.1) A PA saw my children and not the doctor on duty Bednar2) Bednar refused to see my children as she was confident that her PA’s diagnosis was accurate3) upon insisting Bednar said she can take a look at my children but it won’t change anything - with this attitude and preconceived notion we decided to walk away4) I paid for a doctor to see my children and not a PA5) Bernard attitude was the worst. She needs to realize that there are dime a dozen pediatricians in the city.If I wanted my children to be seen by a PA there were more than a few available at other clinics. Please tell your patients upfront that they won’t be seen by the doctor and give them the choice to walk away if they don’t want a PAs service.
