Staff always super friendly with greetings and such. Been with the bank for 22 years now.

Very friendly staff but too many inconveniences paired with uncompetitive interest returns, lower safety ratings, and rising fees to boot. Due to the hours and limited services provided trying to move my inheritance funds from this bank after moving has taken nearly a month. The staff is great, I just hope over time the bank decides to adopt a considerate approach towards it's account holders.

Tried to get an account and just moved from another state and they can’t take my address on my paystub because it had to be a utility bill on your current address and how are you sopposed to have that if you can’t get an account to even pay your bills.

Been coming here daily for work for a month now and they are fantastic! The staff, everyone I have interacted with, are always all smiles, welcoming, kind, quick, and efficient in service. I can't say enough! Thank you!

Service and fees have gotten progressively worse, time for a change . The original staff from the old Community Credit days are still great but are few and far between. Customer service center is abysmal. Good luck if you have an issue..many of the Reps are inept or just rudeBuyer beware!!!

Imagine banking with a bank for 20+ years and being happy with the service every time... till going to this trash location. I'm not sure the bank tellers name but she completely disrespected me. I told her I needed a cashiers check and obviously had cash on me and mentioned a deposit of this so I had enough. Instead of listening she told me " I don't have enough money". She wanted to be disrespectful. Not sure if it's because I'm not white but she gave me huge Karen and prejudice vibes. Then she gave me back lip when she messed up my cashiers check. The disrespect was so bad I had to ask her why she was being that way. I will be canceling my account this Friday and I hope it's her. Don't go to this location.

Just wondering since when a signature has to match the one on your license when license can be renewed for 10+ years and this has never been required in 10 years of being a customer.

THE TELLER IS A THEIF. One of them stole $300 from me last week. She purposely shorted me when I made a large withdrawal. She wasn't wearing a name tag. She is the white, around 5'3 or 4, brunette, 40ish year old teller. I watched her count my withdrawal, and thought it looked short. My kid was climbing on the furniture so I wasn't watching her as closely as I should have. That's on me, but I've been banking with Prosperity for years and never had an issue. That being said, this is the first time I've visited the Coppell location. I took my large withdrawal to deposit it in another bank, and that teller told me I was $300 short. I immediately returned to Prosperity and went to the same teller and told her the amount was short $300. Her response was, "I counted it out." She tried to imply that it was somehow my fault. I pretty much cut her off at that point and told her that I thought it looked off to begin with and I should have spoken up then, but that it most certainly was off. She said, "let me check my drawer." She then moved to a position where I could not view her and her back was to the security camera. She then came around to my side of the register and handed the money back to me: "here you go". That's it. That's what she said. She did not count it out in front of me. No apology. NOTHING. I actually had to ask her, "it's all there?" To which she responded, "it was in my drawer." Needless to say, I counted it myself about 5 times before I left. It was all there now. I left and called customer service to report it. They agreed - this sounded weird. They messaged the manager, and asked if I wanted a call back. I said the manager didn't have to call me back, and she didn't. NOTHING. If one of my employees tried to steal money from a customer, I'd most certainly follow up. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. IF YOU DO, COUNT YOUR MONEY 3 TIMES BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Applying for a mortgage can be stressful - Prosperity Bank, specifically Greg Ferguson and Kaitlyn Restorff, made our experience smooth and easy going, handling our relationship with genuine care and professional service. Recommending their services, would be the easiest thing to do.

After converting Legacy Texas to Prosperity bank, it has become worst. They cancelled my kid’s account without informing us and taken his small savings as a fee for no Transaction.

Worst customer service. Worst mortgage application process, the just ghost their customers. Don't waste your time, don't come with them, do whatever you can to go to another bank before considering this one. Costed us thousands on overhead expenses and at the end they just don't answer the phone.... worst experience I ever had

The most horrendous bank you could possibly go with. I refinanced my loan with Legacy from a former bank I hated dealing with and 2 months with them and Prosperity takes over. There is no better word to describe this bank other than Incompetent and that they should not be in business. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere please.
