Another employee named Lance serviced a Polaris while a customer waited at no charge. The store offers free in-store water testing and free in-store labor on repairs. One customer called over 15 other pool stores in the DFW area, and this was the only store willing and able to help with a Polaris robot issue. Customers highly recommend this store for all pool stuff.
