“I normally hate to go inside of a store and buy big items such as bed and mattresses. My fear is the salesman will be like a used car salesman very pushy, not listening to your needs, or desires like staying in the budget. However Kenny was very attentive, not pushy, and stuck within the budget that you gave and yet still tried to find you the best option. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour and very surprised, and relieved with the whole experience. I'm only doing four stars right now because I'm waiting to see how the whole delivery experience will go in a couple of days. I realized delivery is out of their control but still representative of mattress Firm. I would definitely recommend the store 100% to all my friends and family and I hardly ever do recommendations.”

I believe this is a family owned store, and I hate to see them closing their doors. The building will just get junkier and junkier, not what the South Side of Irving needs. Salesman was friendly.”

If you call ahead and just stay in contact with them they follow through with what they say. We changed our pickup time because we wanted to get it done earlier in the morning. James met us up there an hour before the store was supposed to open and helped me load my couches into the truck. Even had a little cardboard laying around to help put between the couch and the side of the truck to help protect the couch. Great guy. Great place.”
