Wendy has always been pleasant and provides excellent customer service, taking the time to answer all my questions and makes sure I have everything I need. I recently went in and met with Mason who gave me the same personal service that his mom provides. He spent an hour going over my machine and making sure I had the right mask and frame for my needs. You're not getting great service if you're not using these fine folls!”

“I just received my new electric wheelchair yesterday and I couldn't be happier! I have gotten my independence back and for that I wish them nothing but the best! This is the fastest and easiest process I've ever had in the 20+ years of life. Shabana is the best at calling and keeping you updated with everything going on and making sure she does everything in her power to make things as smooth as possible. Gilbert was absolutely amazing at hearing my needs out and making it all come to life! My previous wheelchair was made horribly from the start at a different company and these guys went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were covered! Gilbert also made sure to push for me to get a part I really needed that Medicaid refused to cover so I honestly can't thank him enough! They begin deliveries 3am to 7am there is pilot and loves with walmart across tge street from loves near by 41 miles away from this facility. I was happy because we all need some groceries.
