My special needs, elderly sister lives in a nursing home and has been having problems for over a year with her wheelchair. No one at the nursing home seemed able to address the problem adequately, and my sister really needed better support in her fragile condition. Finally, I was referred to All Star. As soon as I called, I sensed they cared, understood, and could get things done. After literal months of asking for help with a broken wheelchair, I watched this company get my sister's wheelchair operating properly within a day! I was shocked and so grateful for their tech, Gary. Jennifer and David also expedited a plan for my sister to get a new, larger chair to better fit her needs, and thankfully this also is going to happen! Jennifer has been exceptionally helpful and super generous with her knowledge, time and resources in ways that have blown me away. She went above and beyond to provide other things my sister needed but could not get. Her kind intervention has lifted a huge weight off of our family as we are experiencing an already heavy and sad situation. The world is a rough place, but thanks to the grace of God, we still find people who want to do what's good and help others. I've been on the edge of depression about my sister, but God just sent me a ray of his Light through the support of these people. So grateful!”
