My experience with refinancing my investment property was quick and easy. Melissa and Johnathan were superb! They answered all my question and assisted me when I needed help. The plethora of emails seemed a bit confusing as many were redundant and asked for information already submitted. My overall experience was great, and I will very likely do business with Mr. Cooper in the future.
