“This Calloways location is located conveniently on the highway which I appreciate. The lady who was my cashier recommended a poinsettia as a low maintenance plant and guided me towards other low maintenance plants. I ended up with the poinsettia and pothos that are doing well and enjoy the bright indirect light. The prices are decent and they provide a plant holder/cover for the plants which I appreciate. There are plenty of places to park, service is friendly and they had a fireplace that brought a lovely aroma of cinnamon. I look forward to returning.”

“Perfect weekend to work in the garden and get our vegetable beds prepared. Our landscape contractor had gotten the most amazing soil from these guys when we did a big project a couple years ago, so we popped into see if we could find some for ourselves this year. Angelina was super helpful and we were in and out in about 15 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. Our Ridgeline easily held 1/2 cubic yard, so when we go back for decomposed granite, we will borrow a bigger pickup!”

Mulch and soil too and they load in your truck. Tuesdays are senior discount days! “I like this store, mostly because it is conveniently located to us. However, it is a smaller home Depot than others, so it doesn't have the same wide selection. Most of the employees are very nice here, especially the cashiers. There is one large guy that goes around obnoxiously asking people if they need help and then not offering anything useful. Other than that guy, I enjoy shopping here and find the rest of the staff to be friendly and helpful.”

Told her I wanted a dwarf yaupon tree ..she took me directly to that area where these were. hellish heat so her knowledge of exact location was invaluable. she and I picked the same tree . called her 3 days later...she pulled the tree to the office area, charged me over the phone, and made sure she was there exactly as promised my landscapers. As long as Cecelia is on staff, I need not shop around”

“I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”

“Pro Desk is greatness! Had a relatively complicated project, and the staff were GREAT to spend time walking me through the procurement process for all the materials. Ken in particular was a source of greatness. He was kind, helpful, and followed up w/ different departments to make sure everything was in order. “David Flesher and his team at Grow It Land Designs have just comp leted a stunning transformation of our front yard. We've been in our home for 25 years and throughout that time it made many small changes to our landscaping, following the sun and shade. This was effective for many years. However, following The Great Texas Freeze of 2021, several scorcher summers, and the the removal of several big tree in the last two years, our front yard appeared to a be a post-apocalyptic waste land, a neighborhood eyesore, and far beyond our ability to update and repair ourselves. My wife and I had many ideas but we're not able to transfer our ideas for our yard that would fully meet the look, along with the low environmental impact and minimal maintenance requirements we wanted. In addition to the cosmetic appeal, there were extensive needs for hardscape repair, a redesign and installation for our sprinkler system, and to tackle drainage issues. We were afraid we would need to coordinate efforts and schedules for several different companies to meet this wide variety of needs. However, Grow It Land Designs had the expertise and skill set to provide a one-stop solution and resources to execute this plan to address all of our needs in a manner that wildly exceeded all of our expectations . Skills and knowledge are based expectations for any company you would wish to do business with. Grow It land designs far exceeded all expectations for landscape company, or any organization you would trust to take care of your home. Communication and responses to questions were detailed and timely. All members of the Grow It Land Design team were extremely professional, courteous, and very respectful of our needs. This was a multi week project and throughout the time they were very considerate not only of our daily family routines( including pets !! ) but also very sensitive to any concerns of our neighbors might have regarding possible disruptions during this time.
