“Awesome customer service counter staff. Izzy(spelling) was a huge help to me today purchasing the correct amount of mulch to make sure I was not purchasing more than what I needed.
Pricing is excellant compared to big box retail stores. The yard staff is excellent as well. I've never been to a stone and mulch facility as clean and organized as SiteOne. Ill certainly be back for all my outdoor projects.”

“I wanted to share what a great experience I have been having lately at the Southlake Home Depot.
John, Chris, and Jackie helped me pick up supplies for my son’s birthday and they were fantastic. They took the time to walk through options with me and really made sure I found everything I needed. It was one of those experiences where you can tell people actually care about helping rather than just pointing you to an aisle.
I also have to thank Sandra for helping me with a mulch order when I was not able to pick it up on time because of my husband’s schedule. She handled everything so kindly and made what could have been a hassle incredibly easy.
I grew up here and have always shopped at Home Depot. In the past there were definitely times when you might have to wait a bit for help or track someone down if you needed something. It never bothered me much because I have always liked their selection better than other stores.
Lately though something has clearly changed. I cannot walk into the store without someone asking if I need help. The associates are friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful. It feels like people actually care about the customers and want to make sure you find what you need.
Whoever is leading that store right now is doing a great job. The difference in the level of service is noticeable and really appreciated.

They have been our primary soil and bedding material provider for the many garden projects we have around our property for many years now and have never let us down. “I switched to Marshall Grain earlier this year, and every one of their plants has thrived! They have a great newsletter, and their weekly promo is always worth a look.
I can’t believe how large some of the seed potatoes I planted in February have gotten (picture is only two plants), and although we finished off the cool season vegetables, the mustard greens still taste great as of June 1st. All of the summer season transplants established quickly as well.
The staff is just as great as their products, and give excellent advice. If you’re looking for a nursery in the area, this is a local gem.”

“This is by far one of the best nurseries around. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Every time we visit, they take the time to answer questions and help us find exactly what we need.
They have a great selection of plants, and everything always looks healthy and well cared for. On top of that, their prices are very fair, which makes it easy to keep coming back for more.
What really makes this place special is the people. The owners are genuinely great people who create such a positive and helpful environment. It’s the kind of place where you feel appreciated as a customer.

“I placed an online order. I wanted to just stop on the way home from work, grab my order and go. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, that's exactly how quick and easy it was! As I was parking, in an Online Order Pickup spot, clearly marked with a highly visible orange sign, I couldn't help but notice a big sign giving a phone number with clear instructions on how to notify the store of our arrival, if we were having difficulty with the app. As I looked at the app to see how to check in, an employee came to my window asking if I was there to pick up my order, and she had it in her hand - I'd already let them know I was in my way. Could not have been easier! This was a great experience! I went back to Home Depot today (three days later) for screws. Going in, I was dreading a long search and a lot of head scratching while I figured out what I needed for the job I had to do, and where to find it. As luck would have it, an employee was in the Fasteners aisle! I showed him what I had, explained that I needed something similar, but longer. He helped me find what I needed, and where the package was marked with the size, so I could more easily find it myself if I have to. Within a minute, I was paying for my purchase. In the short time he helped me, he was very friendly. In the future, I won't be so intimidated about going into Home Depot with my very limited experience in all things...well, Home Depot-ish. You're doing a great job, Home Depot, and I appreciate you!”

You can definitely complete all your errands within one intersection in Carrollton. Lol!The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the paint team and the appliances team. They have the patience to answer all your questions all with a smile.The store is fairly organized and clean. They even have tall plastic dividers around the self checkout to help with social distancing.During their busiest times, you may have to wait a little bit if you need help getting things off the top shelf or anything in the lumber department, but that seems to be the case with all hardware stores.Overall, it's a good store and will most likely have what you're looking for.”
