“My wife and I had purchased two of the ***Shaped" RGB desks. Right off the bat we loved them. We like the fact we can make the *** left or right sided and that the desk has many RGB lighting modes. Well about a month after purchasing, my desks lighting module went out. I reached out via email and got a quick response from Ms. ******** She was able to replace the module in a timely manner as well. Throughout the process, ******* was courteous, nice, patient and very helpful, assuring me that should any issue arise, she would quickly handle it for me. A few days ago, my wife's module went out. I reached out to ******* and she immediately issued a replacement. Again, assuring me that if any issue were to arise, they would handle it. Out of all the companies I have reached out to for issues, ******* and Eureka Ergonomics by far takes the gold.
