Great customer service tonight. I wish I had the employees name. He was super helpful. He helped replace my air filter and help figure out my service engine codes. Super nice and helpful man.

My husband has had to return a battery (battery completely dead/jumping off the battery did not work) for our Genesis auto, a minimum of 7 times. We had the alternator & battery connectors replaced with no success. The issue was ALWAYS the battery purchased at O'Reilly's Coppell, Texas. The important takeaway is how many times that I was left stranded with AAA being unable to jump the car off as it was always the battery itself. As a senior citizen & disabled, I cannot tell you how important it is to feel that you have safe auto parts and because I was left unsafe multiple times, I do not recommend parts from O'Reilly's Coppell, TX.

Needed a battery, Chutney didn't even hesitate as I asked. I bought a new battery and he installed it within minutes. He did it all with a smile. Love that kind of attitude.

Very bad service, the workers want to hit the customers. I won't name names because I don't want anyone to be fired, but I do want the manager to keep an eye on his workers.

Just sad I went and needed them to check why my check engine light was on and the man gonna give me the scanner and tell me to plug it up myself never again will I go to this location!!! Clearly I didn’t know what I was looking for that’s why I came to y’all ….

been here twice, both times they have sent me somewhere else, this place seems to lack expertise and efforts, go to the store off forest ln and webb chapel, those guys will take of you, autozone across the street is great as well

Larry came through and made me n my partner’s life 1000x easier! I came in knowing everything I needed to fix my terminal, all I needed was tools, but with a little more conversation, Larry told me not to worry and showed me a WAY faster and easy way to get our terminals secure. Only took less than 3 minutes and we were good to go! All thanks to Larry! We need more guys like him!

I had a great experience with this Store yesterday. My 17 year old son had his check engine light come on and I live an hour away, so I told him to stop by here and see if they could hook up a reader and see what the issue is. When he stopped in they were happy to do that and even texted a pic of the readout and got on the phone with me to talk me through what the readout was and what parts were needed to fix. My son was able to get the parts. When hearing that he would need a place to install them, they called around trying to find a place that could get him in immediately. That was above and beyond. They could not find a place but gave us recommendations that we can follow up with. With customer service slowly becoming a thing of the past, it was so nice to have a place of business go out of their way to help us when we really needed it.

I went to get new wiper blades yesterday evening for our Volvo and the guys were very friendly and fast at finding the right option. They even had the hard to find rear window size. Plus, installed them for me within minutes! I always have a great experience that this O’Reilly Auto Parts location!
